ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
I. NAME OF PROJECT: Remedial and Enrichment Activities among Grade _ Pupils Using Task-
based Activity Sheets
II. RATIONALE
Each pupil is different in terms of learning ability, academic standards, classroom learning and
academic performance, and each has his ownership in learning. At this pandemic time, throughout the teaching
and monitoring process, teachers should be creative in providing their pupils a systematic training to develop
pupil’s generic skills, including communication, problem-solving, self-management, self-learning, independent
thinking, creativity, and the use of information technology.
Pursuant to the advisory on “Changes in School Calendar 2020-2021”, from March 1-12, 2021, it is the
period of Bridging the Learning gaps, intensifying gains and enrichment activities for fast learners. Thus, we
come up to this plan for intervention and enrichment program.
Grade ___ teachers will identify pupil as to (a) needs intervention and (b) needs enrichment based on
their first and second quarter grades or performance. Then, the pupils who need intervention will be provided
with supplementary worksheets or task-based activity sheets and will be monitored virtually or any form
possible to it. Teachers will also make video lessons as an instructional tool.
Those pupils who need enrichment will be given an advance worksheets or task-based activity sheets
and will be monitored also in any possible form. All activity sheets will be based on the Most Essential Learning
Competencies (MELC).
Cognized of these ideas, this proposal is conceived. This activity is to provide learning support top
pupils who lag far behind their counterparts in school performance. It is also essential for pupils who have
difficulty in grasping the knowledge and skills due to the new educational setup in this COVID-19 Pandemic
and the new normal situation they must embrace. Those fast learners will be challenged and advanced.

The evaluation shall be done after the activity implementation and committee through online evaluation.
Using social media and other resources will help in promoting the said project. The implementation of
the project will be assisted by all Grade ___ teachers. Pictorial and narrative reports must be submitted to the
principal and submit it to the division office as well.
