    Dear Ms. Cayabyab,

    This pertains to a sixty-square meter portion of a parcel of land covered by Tax


    Declaration of Real Property No. 99-18004-02699 which has been the subject of an
    extra judicial settlement with sale dated May 16, 2005 executed by the heirs of Manuel
    Caguin with the undersigned being the purchaser of the said portion of real property.

    Relative thereto, we have submitted to your good office a request for the re-
    issuance of the Certificate Authorizing Registration for the subject property, together
    with the attached required documents. However, we find a necessity to retrieved the
    submitted document to re-asses the same in order to satisfy whatever lacking
    requirements for the re-issuance of the CAR.

    In consideration of the foregoing, we are humbly making this request to your


    good office for the withdrawal of the submitted documents pertaining to the above-
    mentioned property.

    We are hoping for your kind consideration and looking forward to a positive
    response from you.
