    LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITIES COURSE FOR TEACHERS


    “BACKGROUND, RATIONALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF MELCs“

    Filipino Department of Virginia Ramirez-Cruz National High School together with


    our Head Teacher III, Mrs. Marivic S. Reyes held its first School Learning Action Cell
    (SLAC) session on September 18, 2020.
    The program started with a prayer led by Mrs. Erica R. Dacanay, followed by the
    introduction of the speaker, Ma. Cristina M. Enriquez

    Ma’am Cristina discussed about the Most Essential Learning Competencies also
    known as MELCs. First, she discussed what Most Essential Learning Competencies is.
    And the discussion focused on the activities of the Module 2 of the Learning Delivery
    Modalities Course for Teachers. She gave some examples of answers to the activities
    contained in module 2 of LDM. Other teachers also shared their answer on such
    activities. After of sharing of thoughts and ideas about the activities, everyone gets the
    information how they can answer the activities in lesson 1 for the module 2.

    The day ended with a lot of learning, which our participants will do their task
    with a big smile.

    V. Open Forum (sharing of ideas and thoughts)
    Persons Involved Teachers, LAC Leader, LAC Facilitator, Head Teacher and the
    Resource Speaker.

    Monitoring and The LAC Session was facilitated by our LAC Leader, Ma’am Marla.
    Evaluation and was monitored and supervised by our Head Teacher, Ma’am
    Marivic Reyes. The objective of the activity was carried out
    through the effort and cooperation of the group. Concerns were
    discussed and solutions were shared by the group members.
    Status The meeting was successfully conducted properly despite of some
    technicalities.
