 Worked closely with two professors over the course of two semesters to enhance the students
enrolled in each course’s learning experience while they were enrolled in either the Spring 2018
Introduction to Environmental Science course or Fall 2018 Ecology course
 Held twice-weekly sessions available for any student to attend for additional help and assistance
in each course either in the form of one-on-one assistance or larger group lead discussions
 Communicated regularly with both the students and the professors updating them on upcoming
course topics to be covered, assignments, and any additional assistance or sessions to be offered
due to upcoming exams or projects
 

 Created breakdowns of lesson plans for each session, practice questions/problems to be used
during each session, and practice exams to be used by students to prepare for periodical
examination on the material
VOLUNTEER/SERVICE WORK
Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity
Georgia College and State University, August 2015-Present
Participated in both national and local philanthropies, the Arthritis foundation and Communities in
Schools respectively, by raising funding and organizing donations

 Oversaw and lead classroom instruction for twenty two-to-three year olds with a co-teacher
 Created weekly lesson plans that structured the daily routine using the Georgia Early Learning and
Development Standards
 Collaborated and communicated with parents and other educators over what instructional strategies and
routines were most successful in engaging students
 Documented children’s’ progression towards milestones for administration and parental reference

Greet patrons with a warm presence and assist them in navigating menus while answering any
questions they may have and offering personal suggestions
Promote to guest any food or wine specials available during their stay
Introduce self to first time quest while greeting returning guest with warmth and recognition
Communicating the guest's requests with kitchen staff and informing them of any special
accommodations to be made or dietary restrictions to be accounted for
Timely respond to any needs of the guest that should arise during the dining process
Conclude the guest's dining experience by acknowledging their choice of restaurant and offering a
sincere invitation to return

 
 

Protect both the establishment and guests by adhering to safety and alcohol distribution policies, as
well as sanitation guidelines when cleaning and resetting the establishment
Contribute to team effort when accomplishing general tasks to be fulfilled
Train new staff in areas as needed
Obtain revenus by issuing billing and accepting tender from guests, as well as documenting payment
and revenue distribution to be provided to management at the conclusion of every shift
Promptly address customer service issues and when necessary refer guest's concerns to management
