temperature of 30-32 Degrees. It is used for Hot filled bottles like Juices.

Temp. PID controller Display values as well as set values are on the
touch screen and any parameters can be changed from the touch
screen itself.
Description :

Filled and capped bottles enter the cooling tunnel at 75Oc. Cooling of
the bottles is done in Two stages at different temperatures from different
zones by a shower of water from drip trays. The gradual drop in
temperature prevents subjecting the bottle to thermal shock and
breakage. As the bottles pass through the machine the temperature of
the bottles is transferred to the water in that zone. As the temperature
rises, cooler water is added to the zone lowering the temperature of the
zone, with this addition of water the surplus water overflows and returns
for Cooling.

This water is cooled in the Chiller with secondary water cooling in the
cooling tower. Bottles coming out from final cooling zone would be at
40/C, ready for packing operation. The main conveyor is an imported
plastic chain. The main body shell is manufactured from tested
S.S. material. All water spray boxes shall be of stainless steel and can
be cleaned by opening top covers of the machine. Each pump has its
own filter box which can be easily be removed for cleaning. The main
drive of the machine is controlled by a electronic variable frequency
drive.
Bottle Dryer
Filled bottle dry with air. Drying air knife will be used for removing of excess
water from the outer body of the bottle after bottle is washed. The dryer will
 be fitted within the tunnel and for that tunnel length will be extended.

To be made as 30 % Advance along with confirmed purchase order AND Sample of Bottles. 60% Against
the Inspection of the Machinery at our Factory before Dispatch and 10% Against the Installation and
Commissioning of the Machinery

DELIVERY

Delivery of the equipments shall be done in a period of three to Four weeks from the date of receipt of
full advance, along with actual samples of Bottles / Advance Payment and PO Order which ever is latter
WARRANTY

The machines are under warranty for any design manufacturing defects for a period of 18 months
from the date of dispatch or a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is
earlier. However any Electronic or Electrical and Rubber items do not come under the purview of
the warranty.

INSTALLATION

The machine has to be unloaded and placed in working position before our engineer visits the site. Proper
Electrical, Civil, and Piping connections should also be completed prior to commissioning schedule.

COMMISSIONING

We shall depute Two engineer for commissioning work at site. It will be In Scope of SB Machines
No Extra Charges for the Same Except Hotel Accomodation
.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

▪ Machine Drawings and Technical Documents including operating and maintenance manuals shall be
dispatched along with the machines.
▪ Any Third Party Inspection charges will have to be borne by you.
▪ All Bank and legalization charges will be borne by you.
▪ Any Insurance Costs will be borne by you.
▪ All the above costs shall be made payable prior to the dispatch of goods from our works in Gujarat
