    Notary Certificate of Non Response

    Pursuant to Uniform Commercial Code 3-505, formal notice is herein given that on or
    about March 14th 2021, the undersigned Public Notary did present the attached Exclusive Bill in
    Equity, via United States Post Office Department, USPS certified mail number with Return
    Receipt Requested: 70181130000230745912 with postage pre-paid, to the party listed therein,
    with notice attached giving the party 21 days (21) to disclaim the attached Notice of Interest.
    Allowing 21 days for mailing of the disclaimer, and more than three days or 72 hours for
    the acceptance or refusal, time allowed having passed for responding, said party having
    received notice of the terms of the trust, and the Notary showing no record of disclaimer, the
    Notary does stipulate that according to the maxim of law “Silence is Acquiescence” there does
    herein appear to be an agreement of the parties on the terms and conditions on the contract
    attached herein and therefore confession of judgment of the merits is warranted.
