COMSCA - Final Program Flow

This document outlines a 3-day training of trainers for Community Managed Savings and Credit Associations (CoMSCAs) held from November 7-9, 2019 at the Midway White Beach Resort in Initao, Misamis Oriental. Over the course of the training, participants will learn about CoMSCA history and concepts, standards and financial computation, and operationalization and monitoring processes and tools. The agenda includes lectures, simulations, and a field visit to observe an actual CoMSCA meeting. The goal is for participants to be able to train others on setting up and running effective CoMSCA programs after completing this training.
