1. this workshop help to give knowledge about the stress and how we can tackle
the stress.

Warren buffet is one of my role model because is the one who donates a lot of
money to solve social cause that is very inspiring for me.
4. A book that has inspired you the most and why?
Rich dad & poor dad is one the best book I have ever read, this book tells how the
money works which is very necessary to learn for earning money.
5. What do you expect from your course/programme?
I expect to get knowledge about how business works, and knowledge about the
social problems that I can help the society to solve them.
6. What are your expectations from the behavioural science course?
Get knowledge about human behaviour.

1. Elaborate any two stress management strategies you acquired from these
classes? How this course has made you aware of your own ability to cope with
stress
1. the breathing technique which is very easy to do and give fresh feel to our body,
mind and thoughts which help to cope up stress.
2. thinking positive in negative situation is one the best way to cope up from stress.
2. Think of any stressful situation you have been to. How do you come out of
it.
Covid 19 had an impact of many of our lives because we had to stay at home all of
the time, which caused homesickness and cabin fever. It had created very stressful
for me. I started morning exercise with my family members on the roof which
helps to make our mind calm.

3. Make your own happiness list. How often have you been able to become
happy by doing those activities during stressful times? .
Playing with street dogs,
Reading books, and
Listening music.

4. How did this course help you grow? Explain in the context of your strengths
and shortcomings.
This course helps me to know how tackle or cop up from stress that help me to
grow in future. These help to turned my weakness in to strength.
