SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC) ON CLASSROOM-BASED ACTION


RESEARCH

To: All Teachers of PES


School English Coordinators

1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 198 s. 2020 on Vitual Research Caravan Version
1.0 the school will conduct a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) on Classroom-Based
Action Research on December 3-5, 2020 via Google Meet which aims to continuously
advance the culture of research and evidence-based policy formulation.

2. The activity is anchored to the following objectives:

2.1. Promote the culture of research in aid of evidence-based policy formulation: and
2.2. Capacitate the participants on the preparation of research proposals aligned with
the Harmonized Regional Basic Education Research Agenda.

3. Participants to this activity are 21 teachers of Pinagkuartelan Elementary School and 13


School English Coordinator in the District of Pandi North.

4. Enclosure No. 1 contains the program and technical working group.

5. Expenses to be incurred like supplies for the trainings shall be charged from school local
fund which is subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.

School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session on


Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC)

1. Pursuant to the provision of the Section 36-b of the Republic Act No. 9710 or the
Magna Carta of Women, our school will conduct a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC)
on Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) on November 20 , 2020 at 8:00-
5:00 in the afternoon.

2. The activity aims to :


a. provide the participants with clear understanding on provision of the Republic
Act No. 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women
b. promote gender responsive governance at the school level

3. To cover meals and snacks, training supplies and other expenses, shall be taken from
school GAD funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Enclosure No. 1 contains the Training Matrix and the members of the work committee.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SY 2020-2021


RPMS IN THE TIME OF COVID-19

To: All Teachers


1. In reference to Section 10.k of DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2020 titled Revised Guidelines on
Alternative Work Arrangements in the Department of Education During the Period of State of
National Emergency due to COVID-19, indicating the preparation for the initial activities of
Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) for the School Year 2020-2021 as
one work priorities anchored on the operationalization of the Basic Education Learning
Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) the school will conduct a School Learning Action Cell on the
Implementation of the SY 2020-2021 RPMS in the Time of COVID-19 on Tuesday,
February 23, 2021 at 8:00 A.M.

The activities aim to:


 Provide teachers with comprehensive guidelines in the implementation of the SY 2020-
2021 RPMS in the time of COVID-19
 clarify the specific guidelines, including the tools, protocols, and timeliness, in the
implementation of RPMS anchored on the BE-LCP of the Department.

2. In support of this developmental endeavor, we are requesting all teachers to participate by


undertaking meaningful activities which will highlight the objectives of the said training.

3. A consolidated narrative report with pictorials on the highlights of the program shall be
prepared by the Committee on Documentation.

4. Attached herewith is the Program of Activities in its inclusion.

5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 018, s. 2021, the school will conduct a SLAC ON
INTERIM GUIDELINES ON GIVING OF AWARDS AND RECOGNITION IN LIGHT OF
THE BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2020-
2021 on May 31, 2021 at 8:00 O’clock in the morning.

2. The SLAC aims to:
