Ans. With PowerPoint you can create presentation slides, a handout, speaker notes and your
outline etc.
Presentation: - a PowerPoint presentation is a collection of slides, handout, speaker notes and
outlines all in one. As you create slides you are reading a PowerPoint that means you are
designing new your PowerPoint and it a format that carries through from beginning.
Slides: - It is a individual page of your presentation each have titles, text, graphs, drawn, objects,
shapes, clipart, drawn art create with other application and more you can print slides as black and
white or color transparency or have 35 mm. slide make using a film or service web browser.
Hand out: - to support your presentation you have the option of providing for you’re a consists
of smaller. Printed retrains of your slide i.e. is either two there or slides per page if you want you
can print additional information such as your name, date and the page no. on each page.
Speaker notes: - you can create print speaker notes you can see as mail image of the slide on
each notes page along.
Outlines: - while working on a presentation you have the option of working with your
presentation in outline, the title and main text typed with the text tool. You can print your
outlines etc.
Outline view: - you can display formatted or plain text and so titles only or full text in outline
view. Outlines view you work only with slide titles and main text in the classic outline form.

PowerPoint provides us different views as follows: -


Slide Shorter view: - You can set slide transition hide slide and build slides shorter view, in this
view you see a miniature of each slides complete with graphics and texts and you can see them
all at on slide shorter view you can record slider add transition and even you can set timing for
your electronics presentation.
Notes Page View: - you can type notes to use as a guide during your presentation. In notes page
view you create speaker notes for any or all of the slides in your presentation each notes pages
corresponding to slide view.
Slide Show view: - You see your slides as an electronic presentation on your complete each slide
fills the screen you can set the effect of transitions and during that you set in slide show view.
