in some cases. If other ATR72 operators wish to embody this Service Bulletin,

B. REASON

This Service Bulletin provides instructions to comply with the flight manual anti-icing
procedure. The modification consists in replacing the de-icing placard in the cockpit.

COMPLIANCE: Accomplishment of this Service Bulletin is optional.

Accomplishment of this Service Bulletin is required for aircraft under FAA
regulations.

C. DESCRIPTION

Accomplishment of this Service Bulletin consists in carrying out the following jobs:

(1) On overhead panel 20VU, replacement of lighted placard (FIN 24LF)

3. ACCOMPLISHMENT INSTRUCTIONS

A. GENERAL

The following instructions assume that work will be accomplished when the aircraft is in
the appropriate maintenance configuration.

B. JOB SET-UP

(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical network and connect the aircraft to ground as per
MP ATR-A-24-4X-XX-00ZZZ-561Z-A.

C. MODIFICATION

(1) On overhead panel 20VU, replacement of lighted placard (FIN 24LF)

As per Figures 1, 2 and 3
