 Lifecycle Education across Care Area Offerings:
Healthcare Professionals (HCP) go through several stages of skill-development, duties and experience – therefore,
every training program should be specific to the HCPs' current knowledge, skillset and position in the organization. A
comprehensive view of HCPs' training needs, vis-à-vis important care areas, helps organizations improve efficiency,
build trust and deliver enhanced quality healthcare. Ad-hoc, staggered training fails to extract synergies of a long-
term training plan. Therefore, GEHCI has categorized its lifecycle education offerings across the most important
care areas, relevant to patients.

The care areas identified are those that attract high volumes of patient flow, with significant variation in
complexities. A range of professionals with a variety of skills are required to run the whole department smoothly.
