PERIOD 4 UNIT 1: FEELINGS
Lesson 1 (page 10)
I. OBJECTIVES.
- By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:
Identify and use descriptive adjectives to impress their feelings
Talk about how they feel
II. LANGUAGE FOCUS
Vocabulary: happy, sad, fine/OK, great
Structures: How are you?
I'm (happy).
III. TEACHING AIDS
Teacher’s aids: - Student’s book , Flashcards for Unit1, Smart TV
Students’ aids: Student books, notebooks, workbooks.
IV. PROCEDURES

Warm up. (5’) Talking.
Sing the “Phonics song” Whole class
“Follow the leader” game
- Have students line up behind the teacher and follow
him/her around the classroom.  Whole class

- Do an action and shout out the word for that action. 


- Have students copy the action and repeat the word. 
E.g. open your book, close your book, hands up,
hands down
