    1) Ahmed is a researcher at one of the top universities in Malaysia. He is currently doing


    research related to the impact of online learning towards secondary school children
    during PDPR session from the parents’ perspective. The main aim of this research is
    to understand the effect of online learning as compared to the physical classes and
    also to probe into the challenges faced by the parents to monitor the PDPR session.
    a) Your task is to propose the research design for this project together with
    justification.
    b) Ahmad is currently planning to develop an apps to assist the on-going online
    learning. He managed to secure some fund through his research proposal. The
    apps mainly for the standard 1 school children for their mathematic subject. The
    apps will be in Bahasa Melayu and will be covering the basic introduction to +, -,
    X and ÷. Explain the process on how Ahmad will determine the user’s
    requirement until the end of the apps development.

    2. BOBOIBOY Organic Skincare wishes to conduct a study on the product


    acceptance among their customers and they have chosen an interview technique
    for this purpose. Briefly explain THREE (3) types of interview categories that
    can take into consideration.
