    basis from applicants in various formats. They needed a solution to quickly filter out the
    resumes with matching requirements for the role.

    • Applying NLP techniques such as, Name Entity Recognition to convert documents into a structured
    format (JSON) and store data in Azure Cosmos DB
    • Power BI for the users to query the required information
    • Users authenticated using Azure Active Directory
