    Your good office issued a barangay certification before [issued on 08 January 2019]. th

    But, the court [Manila RTC Branch 48] did not accept the same because of a legal
    requirement [SC Circular dated 02 October 2018], which must be [notarized] “sworn” with
    accompanying map and state that “she has been a bonafide resident for a period
    of more than six [6] months or from July 2014” [as per BID (Bureau of Immigration and
    Deportation) issued ACR ID with No. 0000111182].

    Thus, may we kindly request for a new sworn barangay certificate with a map
    [we attached a copy of the map for your reference].

    years now since July 2014, as per BID [Bureau of Immigration and Deportation] issued ACR
