    Madam:

    Greetings of peace

    In response to the Department’s call to protect the health, safety and well- being of the teaching
    and nonteaching personnel and to support the overall effort of the government to prevent the
    further transmission of COVID-19, we humbly request your good office to allow the teaching
    and non teaching force of this school to implement Alternative Work Arrangement in our school
    due to the recently documented increase in Covid- 19 cases in Barangay Dangay. If you would
    allow, we will implement the AWA starting Monday May 17 to May 28,2021. This request is to
    ensure that the teachers as well as the non teaching personnel are protected and their health are
    being safeguarded, since two teachers’ family members had been tested positive in Antigen test.

    Once granted, we will see to it that the all school personnel are available during working hours
    and maximize the time spent in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities to continue the
    delivery of quality, accessible, relevant, and high quality basic education.
