    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This instrument is made by and between;

    CARLOS V. CATAHAN married to LEONA VICTOLERO CATAHAN Both of Legal Age,


    Filipino Citizens and with residence and postal address at Balasing, Sta. Maria, Bulacan,
    hereinafter referred to as the VENDORS;

    -AND-

    DAISIRY FRANCISCO ILAGAN married to JOMEL CATAPANG ILAGAN Both of Legal


    Age, Filipino Citizens and with residence and postal address at Block 4 Lot 27 Assupmtion
    Ville PH4 Lingunan, Valenzuela City hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE'S;

    That the VENDORS are the registered owner of the below described real property,
    which is more particularly described as follows;

    TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-39248P (M)

    "A parcel of land (lot 760-C of the subd. plan, Psd-03-091651, being a portion of lot
    760, Cad. 351, Sta. Maria Cad. L.R. C. Rec. No.) situated in the Bo. of Balasing. Mun. of Sta.
    Maria Prov. of Bul. Bounded on the E., along lines 1-2-3 by lot 760-D; on the S., along line 3-
    4 by lot 760-Q; on the W., along lines 4-5-6 by lot 760-B, along line 6-7 by lot 760-A all of
    the subd. and on the N., along line 7-1 by lot 761, Sta. Maria Cad. Beginning at a pt. marked
    “1” on plan being N. 55 deg. 22’E., 6,912.71 m. BLLM#1 Sta. Maria.”

    That for and in the consideration of the total sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
    PESOS (P100,000.00) Philippine Currency, to be paid by the VENDEE to the VENDOR,
    receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged by the latter to his entire satisfaction, said
    VENDOR hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEY by virtue of these presents have SOLD,
    TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED absolute and irrevocably the above mentioned parcel of
    land, unto and in favor of the VENDEE, to his heirs, assigns, successor-in-interest and the
    same is free from all liens and encumbrances.
