Chicken Makhana Handi

Chicken boneless 800 gm


Chat masala 5gm
Black pepper 6 gm
Green chilies chopped 30 gm
Ginger chopped 30 gm
Lemon juice 20 gm
Fresh cream 1 pack
Oil 120 gm
Salt to taste
Chicken powder 10 gm
Achar ghost masala 5 gm
Method
Heat oil. add salt and chicken, fry for 5 minutes on high heat. Add all
ingredients except cream and fry well adding cream at the end and
cooking only for 3 minutes( ideally marinate chicken beforehand adding
buttermilk and achar ghost masala )
