The CiMa-Pak Tray Sealers with die cut are ideal for sealing round trays or any other tray
where a die cut edge is required or preferred.

SR230 SR430 Rapida

Features of the CiMa-Pak Die-Cut Tray Sealers

All die cut sealers come with a die—custom-made for your choice of tray. You can choose from our
wide selection of both stock and non-stock trays.

SR230 – This machine is a small, manual tabletop tray sealer—ideal for any small take-out kitchen
or wholesale supply. Seals 1 tray at a time.

SR430 – This is a larger version of the SR230 and can manually seal up to 6 trays per die
depending upon the tray size.

Rapida and Rapida Plus – This semi-automatic tray sealer is activated by push button. Both
models seal and cut the film to the contour of the trays by pneumatic piston. The Rapida has one die
only while the Rapida Plus has the added advantage of changing the die to seal other trays.

CiMa-Pak Tray Sealers - Manual Vacuum, Seal and Die Cut

CiMa-Pak offers affordable MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packing) food tray packing systems for
Optimal Shelf Life and superb presentation. The full automatic sensor control takes care of an
accurate vacuum process and does the injection of a preservation gas to the set atmosphere.
They have a film cutting system that follows the exact shape of the tray. Excellent Presentation!

TPS Mini: A tabletop model considered entry level into vacuum tray sealing. There are a myriad
of trays available to fit into the maximum tray size of 365 x 180 x 50mm.

TPS Compact XL: A model on wheels designed for medium volume vacuum tray sealing of
preformed trays. Maximum tray size is 395 x 290 x 100mm.

CiMa-Pak Tray Sealers - Automatic Vacuum, Seal and Die Cut

The CiMa-Pak TPS 1000 is designed for packing food products with modified atmosphere in
pre-formed trays. This machine is easy to operate with step by step programming on a touch screen.
It is easy to clean with easy access to the entire machine by opening one hood. The tray moulds
can be changed without tools because of the unique easy mould change system. This machine has
a fully automatic sensor control which ensures an accurate vacuum process and injection of a
preservative gas to a set atmosphere.

The CiMa-Pak TH 4200, made entirely of stainless steel, is a cost and labour saving thermo
former, forming its own trays. Its compact design offers versatility and efficiency. It uses heat to
transform film into a variety of tray shapes. Once the tray shape is made, food is placed
into the just-formed tray and moves along to be top sealed–with or without the optional gas flush.
This machine requires minimum maintenance and comes equipped with a built-in vacuum pump.
It has sensor controlled packaging and safety guards conforming to CE-regulations.
