    1. This Offi.ce announces the submission of the soft copy of tJle schools' OIIice
    Performance Comrnitment and Review Far:n {OPCRF} for School Year 2019 -2O2O on or
    before July 16, 2O2A.

    2. School heads are directed to attach scanned copies of ttre means of veri{ication
    {MOVs} and include the same in the folder containing the OPCRF excel file. The
    template for the OPCRF can be accessed atbttp:/ /deped.in/FadtrE1.

    3. The soft copies of the OPCRF and the MOVs shaii be upioaded at tire Googie
    drive {OPCRF School Heads) in which the email addresses of ttre School Heads have
    been added.

    4. The OPCRF shall be validated by the Division Performance Management Team.


    Schaol Heads are advised to expect clari&catory questions as regard their seH-rating
    and their MOVs.

    5. School heads are afso reminded that their finat rating cannot exceed the
    average IPCRF ratings of all school personnel.

    6. Immediate and wide dissemination of ttris Memorandum is desired.
