Working is an essential part of a person's life. Every one of us has to work
to make a living. Especially, in today's modern life, finding a suitable job is
extremely difficult. As a result, selecting a job necessitates careful
consideration.
Firstly, you must select a job that you enjoy and are passionate about. Job
satisfaction is essential for us to live a happy life. Your life will become boring
and your work will less productive if you did not have a strong interest and
passion in your current job.
Secondly, when it comes to choosing a job, personal relationships and the

atmosphere in the workplace are extremely important. For example, if you have
a good manager and friendly coworkers, you can make yourself at ease at work,
reducing work-related stress.
Last but not least is the salary. We needs money to support our family and
ourselves. A stable job with high salary create a foundation to we have a sound
finance. Having a good salary means you have high income. In contrast, if you
have a low salary, you will have a difficult time meeting your daily needs.

ADVANCE IN TECHNOLOGY IN YOUR OPINION
Today, as technology advances, it provides numerous benefits to people.
Technology, in particular, brings a more advanced method of human-to-human
communication. The way many people interact with each other has changed
because of technology.
Technology has had an impact on relationships in education and social life:
Firstly, the phone and the Internet allow people from all over the world to
communicate without having to meet in person.
Secondly, services such as Skype, Zoom, Zalo,... create new possibilities

for relationships between students and teachers. For example, a student can take
video lessons with a teacher in a different city or country without having to go
directly to class.
Finally, many people use social networks like: Facebook, Instagram,

Twitter,... to make new friends and find people who share common interests.
They interact with each other through laptop, smartphone and other devices
without having to meet each other.
To summarize, technological advancements provide so many benefits to

life. Interactions by email, phone, or video are just as effective as face-to-face
meetings, which is especially relevant given that the entire world is dealing with
the Covid 19 pandemic.
TOPIC 3: WRITE/TALK ABOUT A CAPITAL CITY YOU
KNOW OR WOULD LIKE TO VISIT
Seoul is the capital of Korea, the largest city in Korea. More than half of
the Korean population is concentrated here, it makes Seoul a cultural and
political center of Korea.
Firstly, when anyone mentions Korea, a lot people immediately think of the
Kpop music market and the internationally popular artists. I am also a Kpop fan,
I am ARMY of BTS band. Some major entertainment companies, such as
HYBE, SM, and JYP, are must-see destinations in Korea. By stopping by there,
we can see and buy idol-related products and if we are lucky enough, we can
meet and get their autographs when they come by the company.
Secondly, when visiting Seoul, you can visit many beautiful and famous
places such as the Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namiseom Island, Lotte World
amusement park, Myeong-dong town, and so on.
Finally, eating is also important thing that we should do in Seoul. Seoul is

home to every traditional Korean food such as Kimchi, Sticky rice cakes, Rice
wine, Soju etc. If you have the opportunity to visit Seoul, you must try these
dishes.
TOPIC 4: TALK ABOUT YOUR FAVOURITE
WEBSITE/PRODUCT/LOGO
One of my favorite websites is a free video-sharing site called
www.youtube.com . It's a great place for everyone to relax or to accumulate
more knowledge.
The site has quite a few good features. Firstly, it's easy to find videos that
you are interested in. They are organized into different categories like 'beauty' ,
'fashion', 'cooking', 'travel', 'music', 'movie', 'news' so you can search for things
you want to watch. Another good point is that you can comment on each other's
video and make suggestions to improve the quality images and content of those
channels. Furthermore, Youtube is now considered a stable income career,
youtubers filming their daily lives, live streaming games, consulting on beauty,
fashion, and so on. They will be compensated based on the number of people
who watch their channels on YouTube.
The only problem is that it has too much advertising. I think that's how the
site makes money, but it's annoying when an advertisement appears on the
screen while you're watching a video.
On the whole, it's a useful website for anyone who wants to watch videos to
unwind, gain knowledge, experience, and those who want to make money by
uploading videos to YouTube.
TOPIC 5: TALK ABOUT AN HISTORICAL OBJECT/ EVENT

I would like to tell you about a significant past event in my country, left an
indelible impression on me. That was the Reunification Day, which took place
on April 30th 1975.
After North Vietnamese forces successfully overran numerous provinces in

Central Highland and near Saigon, the Politburo in Hanoi issued an order to
launch the final attack on Saigon called the “Ho Chi Minh Campaign”. By April
27, the North Vietnamese troops seized the key facilities and strategic points
around Saigon, after that they advanced into downtown Saigon at dawn on April
30. About noon, a column of tanks of the North Vietnamese army crashed
through the gate of the Presidential Palace, forcing Saigon government to
surrender unconditionally. At half past eleven, Vietnam’s flag was raised over
the Presidential Palace, marking the victory of the historic “Ho Chi Minh
campaign”.
This event is considered a significant milestone in Vietnamese history

because it marked the end of the Vietnam War, which lasted over 2 decades and
claimed millions of Vietnamese lives. From then on, April 30 is celebrated as a
national holiday in Vietnam to pay a tribute to brave soldiers who sacrificed
during the war.
TOPIC 6: TALK ABOUT A KIND OF ANIMALS/ A NATURAL
LOCATION DO YOU LIKE THE BEST
I am keen on all animals in general, but I think my favorite animal is dog.
The best part about dogs is that apart from being a great keeper, they also
shower love on their owners. A person owning a dog gets love and care from the
dog and the dog makes sure that no one harms his or her owner.
Although, most people like dogs, everyone has different choices as there
are various of dogs such as pugs, golden retriever, bulldog etc. Interestingly, the
characteristics of dogs depend on their breed. For instance, a bulldog is more
aggressive than a pug. The food requirements vary with breed. For the dog to
develop properly, it is necessary to understand the breed and provide appropriate
food.
A dog surely becomes a part of family and often it has been seen that they
get weak in the absence of their owners. I believe everyone must surely have
one dog in the home.
