    WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. JOHN ANDRE G. LALAAN, duly seconded by


    HON. APOLINAR B. MICAYABAS, JR. together with all the members present, it was
    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to pass A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO
    OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF THE CAGAYAN DE ORO CORN PRODUCTS
    CORPORATION (CCPC) FOR WATER RIGHTS PERMIT IN THE OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL
    WATER RESOURCES BOARD (NWRB), MANILA; AND IN COMPLIANCE TO THE REQUIREMENTS
    THEREOF
    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for
    reference purposes.
    APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY this 27TH day of MAY,
    2021 at Barangay North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines.
