    • Before we design an intelligent agent, we must specify its “task environment”.

    • PEAS
    1. Performance measure: how ”desirable” was an agent’s action

    2. Environment: what is the environment which the agent is going to move

    3. Actuators: what are the agents’ abilities to change the environment

    4. Sensors: how is the agent going to perceive the environment
