    Introduction

    As an archipelagic nation with over 7,000 islands, the internet offers a tool to better
    connect the country’s diverse population. The implementation of this technology, on the other
    hand, encompasses considerable problems. Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is one of several firms
    that have taken advantage of these expanding markets in various ways. Converge ICT Solutions
    Inc. provides a pure end-to-end fiber internet service provider for home and corporate customers
    from a former provincial cable television operator and is currently expanding its coverage to the
    country (Calver, 2020).
    Converge ICT Solutions Inc., today’s fastest emerging fiber internet services provider in
    the Philippines, caters to various fiber Internet plans and services, including Fiber X, Fiber
    Xtreme, iBIZ, MicroBiz, Direct Internet Access, and Carried Etherne. Furthermore, the company
    also caters to numerous internet and enterprise applications, including video, digital payment,
    online education, and telecommuting (DatacenterDynamics, 2021). The company operates
    residential business and enterprise business. The former primarily offers high-speed fixed
    broadband internet services to our residential customers. In comparison, the latter provides high-
    speed fixed broadband internet services, private data network solutions, cloud and colocation
    services, and other connectivity solutions to the company’s customers of varying sizes,
    industries, and types. Our Residential and Enterprise Business revenues also include installation
    revenue that we generate from each new subscriber or customer (Converge ICT Solutions Inc.,
    2021).
