Generalization:
Health-enhancing physical activity would
enhance the formation of a certain individual towards
physically fit individuals. It enhances the value of
forming habits and maintains management in order to
attain always, not physically fit only, but a person who
has a mental and physical health that would help
him/her cultivate a healthy environment among his/her
community.
Indeed, health as a state of complete
physical, mental and social well-being will help an
individual maintain a well-rounded intra and
interpersonal relationships. Some essential factors
that can help an individual attain a physically fit and
healthy body are sleeping habits, eating habits, stress
management, physical activity habits and a notion of
wellness.
