This reinforces your focus and attention to details, boosts your comprehension and retention, and improves your organizational skills. • Participate constructively. Your comments and questions enrich the class content and may help to construct your own understanding on a topic, and that of others. • Be supportive with your classmates. This helps your classmates to have a better performance through the semester and assures your confidence. • Communicate with your teacher. Do not hesitate to ask for help and clarify your doubts. • Be on time. Attend class every day in order to have a full understanding of topics, to deliver assignments on time, and to participate in other class activities. • Turn in your assignments on time. Failing to do so, has a signficant impact on your evaluation. • Refer to your learning guide. Read your activities carefully and get acquainted on what the teacher expects from you in each activity through the analysis of rubrics criteria. • Do all the learning guide activities. Each activity is linked to a competency. In order to achieve the formative purpose of the learning unit, you need to complete each task to develop all the stated competencies. • Be respectful and tolerant. Remember that we all are different and every difference makes us unique. Treat others as you would like to be treated. • Be honest when working at all times.
