which is Allied bank. In this report we have explain all external and internal sources which are used in
Allied bank ltd recruitment0 & selection process and we have also mentioned recommendation which
provide guideline to Allied Bank Ltd to improve the effectiveness in their recruitment & selection
process . The methodology which we have used in our report is qualitative research (conduct interviews
with managers and employees).

TYPES OF RECURITMENT PRATICE DONE IN ABL

There are two types of recruitment done in ABL

YEARLY RECRUITMENT: year recruitment is done after 1 year but due to COVID-19 all recruitment
process are hold.

NEED BASED RECURITMENT: Allied bank hired people on need basis also. When HR department observe
any vacancy available (replacement of employee or employee left) they give advertisement in net or
newspaper so that they can fulfil their vacancy)
