4 7. VENDOR to propose suitable material for the given compositions in sheet 4. Material of construction shall be in accordance with Apendix 2 : Material Selection
5 Diagram of Corrosion Design Basis Memorandum doc no. : MY-SK309-66-PM-DG-0001-00-F0 as a minimum. In general, Gas Booster Compressor Package
6 shall be carbon steel materials.
7 8. Factory Acceptance Test shall include compressor control panel and field instruments. Site Acceptance Test shall also be included
8 in VENDOR's scope of supply.
9 9. Vibration protection system shall be provided.
10 10. VENDOR shall submit a completed API/ISO data sheets - for compressor, gearbox (if applicable), coupling, motor, etc.
11 11. VENDOR shall complete and submit pressure vessel data sheet for each pulsation bottle and scrubber with bid.
12 12. Material certification shall be in accordance with EN 10204 Type 3.1 for wetted and non-wetted pressure parts.
13 Others non-pressure parts materials shall be in accordance with EN 10204 Type 2.2 as minimum.
14 13. Design cases are as per following:

19 Design guarantee case is based on Maximum Condensate/Water Caser Year 2026 considering the highest volume and the highest absorbed power.
20 The design flow for compressor train is 5.20 MMSCFD (excluding 10% design margin).
21 14. VENDOR to provide the following utility consumptions at normal and peak consumptions, as well as continuous and intermittent usage:
22 A) instrument / utility air - VENDOR to advise any possible technology if instrument/utility air is not available on the platform.
23 B) other utility requirement (if any) - minimum required utilities which are deemed necessary for running booster compressor other than specified above.
24 VENDOR to note following utilities are not available (no ullage) on the platform :-

26 B) Fuel Gas
27 15. Utilities available:
28 - Normal instrument air supply pressure = 7.0-7.2 barg, supply temperature = 40 deg C
29 - Design instrument air supply pressure = 13.8 barg, design temperature = 65/0 deg C
30 VENDOR to consider use of fuel gas downstream of suction scrubber which is available at pressure approximately 2.4 barg. VENDOR to consider further
31 treatment (i.e. to install fuel gas scrubber downstream of suction scrubber). VENDOR to note estimated pressure available at gas engne is approximately
32 2.1 barg.
33 16. VENDOR to provide Anti-Vibration Mounting if required.
34 17. VENDOR shall perform vibration analysis as per Design Approach 3.
35 18. VENDOR to include 10% design margin on inlet flowrate.
36 19. Condition/ properties is taken at inlet and discharge battery limit of Gas Booster Compressor Package, A-2410 A/B.
37 20. Highest estimated absorbed power for Case 4. Estimated absorbed power is based on total duty for all 2 stages single shaft and isentropic efficiency of 75%.
38 VENDOR to confirm duty power and isentropic efficiency.
39 21. Discharge gas from battery limit of Gas Booster Compressor shall not exceed 72 deg C.
40 22. Recycle operation cases according to pressurized and depressurized start-up shall be confirmed by VENDOR and included in VENDOR datasheet.
41 23. VENDOR to advise on solid particle size limitation for compressor and gas engines at inlet.
42 24. VENDOR to provide performance guarantee of the booster compressor at the outlet battery limit.
43 25. Booster compressor may experience some sand carry over at the inlet as sand handling system can remove sand particles of 5 micron and larger at 98% efficiency
44 and anticipate carry over of sand. Suction srubber shall be design to remove the fine sand carry over to ensure smooth operation of compressor and gas engine.
45 26. VENDOR to include blow-off case to transfer separated liquid back to compressor discharge line.
46 27. VENDOR to select appropriate internals for booster compressor suction scrubbers. Liquid carry over in gas shall be less than 0.1USG/MMscf.
47 Liquid droplets particles size of 10 microns and greater shall be remove with 99.5%-100% of liquid removal efficiency. VENDOR shall confirm the separation
48 efficiency and pressure drop on the internals of scrubbers..
49 28. The complete package of Gas Booster Compressor Package shall be designed in modules, limited to 10MT each, as limited by the pedestal crane lifting capacity.
50 29. This package shall be provided with Drop Object Protection. Drop object load shall be consider the worst case value which is 235.44kJ (To be advised).
51 30. The overall compressor package shall be limited to 66MT dry weight for each train.
52 31. All package termination flange shall be to/from platform south. Refer below PDMS snapshot.

PRESSURE AND WILL NOT FLOW TO PRODUCTION SEPARATOR, V-2030 IN NEAR FUTURE. TO OVERCOME THE ISSUE, IT IS PROPOSED TO INSTALL
BOOSTER COMPRESSOR TO BOOST THE PRESSURE TO ENABLE LOW PRESSURE (LP) WELLS TO FLOW TO EXISTING PRODUCTION SEPARATOR, V-2030.
UNDER THIS PROJECT, ALL THE LP WELLS WILL BE DIVERTED TO NEW LP PRODUCTION HEADER WHERE ALL THE LP GAS RECEIVED FROM LP WELLS
WILL BE COMMINGLED AND ROUTED TO NEW SAND HANDLING SYSTEM AND BOOSTER COMPRESSOR.
APART FROM LP GAS ISSUE, GOP-B WELLS HAVE POTENTIAL OF SAND IN THE GAS STREAM AND RECOMMENDED TO BE REMOVED BEFORE SENDING
IT TO THE NEW BOOSTER COMPRESSOR.
TO REMOVE SAND IT IS PROPOSED TO INSTALL NEW SAND HANDLING SYSTEM AT THE UPSTREAM OF NEW BOOSTER COMPRESSOR FOR SMOOTH
OPERATION OF BOOSTER COMPRESSOR.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
WINDINGS
- All windings shall be adequately supported, braced and wedged to limit coil and end winding vibration and subsequent cracking of the winding insulation.
- Bracing, blocking and wedging shall be positively secured to allow for the vibration and forces experienced during the expected 15 year service life of the machine.
- The windings especially the end windings shall be adequately braced to prevent movement and cracking of the insulation at the slot exists during all conditions of service.
- Windings shall be able to withstand the dynamic forces which result from frequent starting and from re-starting against opposite residual voltage.
BEARINGS
- Bearings shall have a rated L10 lifetime in excess of 40,000 hours under the worst case operating conditions. The lifetime shall be calculated in accordance with ISO R 281-1.

1. EACH INSTRUMENT SHALL HAVE A 30 MM X 75 MM OF 20 GAUGE THICKNESS 316SS TAG PLATE WITH TAG NUMBER AND SERVICE ENGRAVED
OR EMBOSSED IN 6 MM HIGH X 0.3 MM DEEP BOLD CHARACTERS. ONE TAG PLATE PERMANENTLY ATTACHED TO INSTRUMENT BY SCREW /
RIVET.SECOND ADDITIONALTAG PLATE SHALL ALSO BE SUPPLIED AND ATTACHED TO THE INSTRUMENT WITH SS WIRE.
2. VENDOR SHALL SUPPLY PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR COMPLETE WITH CONTROL CIRCUIT ACCESSORIES AS SHOWN IN THE SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM.
ALL ITEMS SHALL BE FULLY TUBED, ASSEMBLED AND MOUNTED ONTO THE VALVE. SS PLATE SHALL BE ATTACHED TO THE ACTUATOR AND ALL ACCESSORIES
SHALL BE MOUNTED ON THE PLATE. ALL ACCESSORIES SHALL BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE.
3. ACTUATOR CONTROL CIRCUIT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE AN ADJUSTABLE VALVE STROKING TIME. AS GENERAL MAXIMUM OPENING/CLOSING TIME SHALL
BE 1 SECOND WITH A MAXIMUM OF 45 SECONDS.
5. ALL MOUNTING BRACKETS, BOLTS AND NUTS, ETC TO BE USED FOR INSTRUMENTS SHALL BE 316 SS MATERIAL.
6. ALL MATERIALS SUPPLIED FOR ASSEMBLY SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR SALT-LADEN OFFSHORE ENVIRONMENT. THE CENTRE BODY SECTION SHALL BE FULLY ENCLOSED.
7. TUBING SHALL BE 316L SS. TUBING SHALL BE COLD FINISHED, SEAMLESS, BRIGHT ANNEALED WITH A MINIMUM MOLYBDENUM CONTENT OF 3.5% AND MAXIMUM
HARDNESS OF RB-90. THE SELECTION AND TUBING SHALL BE BETTER OR EQUAL AS SPECIFICATION. TUBE FITTINGS SHALL BE 316 STAINLESS STEEL.
8. VALVE PROXIMITY SWITCHES SHALL BE SET TO ACTIVATE AT THE "FULLY OPENED" AND "FULLY CLOSED" VALVE POSITION. LIMIT SWITCHES SHALL BE PROVIDED
WITH FULLY ENCLOSED HOUSING FOR THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE ACTUATOR AND SWITCH ENCLOSURE. PURCHASER SHALL CONNECT BOTH (OPEN & CLOSE)
PROXIMITY SWITCHES USING 2-PR CABLE. IN CASE SWITCH ENCLOSURE IS PROVIDED WITH TWO (2) CABLE ENTRIES, ONE CABLE ENTRY SHALL BE PLUGGED BY
VENDOR BY USING CERTIFIED EXPLOSION PROOF PLUG.
9. SOLENOID VALVES SHALL BE OF 316 SS MATERIAL WITH CLASS H COIL INSULATION SUITABLE FOR CONTINUOUS ENERGISED DUTY. SOLENOID SHALL BE INDIRECT
TYPE WITH LOW POWERED CONSUMPTION. THE CONSUMPTION SHALL NOT EXCEED 2 WATTS.
10. SOLENOID VALVES SHALL BE CERTIFIED EXPLOSION PROOF (EExd), SUITABLE FOR THE SPECIFIED HAZARDOUS AREA.THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE CLASS SHALL BE T3.
THE DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION PROVIDED BY THE ENCLOSURE SHALL BE IP 65 OF IEC 60529 AS A MINIMUM AND CERTIFIED SUITABILY BY COMPETENT

1. EACH PRESSURE GAUGE SHALL HAVE 30 MM X 75 MM GAUGE THICKNESS 316SS TAG PLATE WITH TAG NUMBER
AND SERVICE ENGRAVED OR EMBOSSED IN 6 MM HIGH X 0.3 MM DEEP BOLD CHARACTERS. THE TAG PLATE SHALL BE
PERMANENTLY ATTACHED TO THE INSTRUMENT WITH SS WIRE.
2. ALL PRESSURE GAUGES SHALL HAVE MICROMETER POINTERS AND WHITE ALUMINIUM DIALS WITH BLACK NUMERALS AND MARKING FOR
PRIMARY SCALE AND RED FOR SECONDARY SCALE.
3. ALL PRESSURE GAUGES SHALL HAVE DUAL SCALE (barg AND psig) , MAIN INDICATION SHALL BE IN barg. SECONDARY INDICATION

4. ALL PRESSURE GAUGE SHALL BE DRY, ANTI-VIBRATION TYPE AND WITHOUT LIQUID FILLED.
5. ALL GAUGES SHALL BE DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND OVERPRESSURES UP TO 130% OF FULL SCALE WITHOUT
AFFECTING THE CALIBRATION.
7. ALL PRESSURE GAUGE LENS SHALL BE IMPACT RESISTANCE, UV PROOF, SHATTER PROOF AND HEAVY DUTY ETC.
8. PRESSURE LIMIT VALVE (GAUGE SAVER) SHALL BE PROVIDED IF 130% OF GAUGE FULL SCALE IS LESS THAN PROCESS DESIGN PRESSURE.
GAUGE SAVER SHALL BE 316 SS. 1/2" NPTM INLET X 1/2" NPTF OUTLET AND SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASME B-40.6 - 2001
THE MATERIAL SHALL BE THE SAME AS THE ELEMENT.
10. PRESSURE GAUGES SHALL BE CALIBRATED (5 POINT IN COMPLETE RANGE) BY CERTIFIED CALIBRATION EQUIPMENT.
CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES SHALL BE AVAILABLE WITH FINAL DOCUMENTS.
11. PRESSURE GAUGE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION & TESTING SHALL AS PER ASME B40.100
