In this chapter, the developers discussed the related literature and studies that is used
in the development of the Information System

Synthesis

The proponents believed that every literature and studies stated in the research is
similar on the present study. The research differentiates the research based on the flow
of their work analysis from the proposed study.
There are some web applications that has the same features to the project and those
web applications used by the developers as a guide to improve the project that will
assure the benfit of user.

The Conjuago Homeowner Association INC. is a system offers web-based software


for online payment,online registration and viewing of homeowners record. The
related literature and studies have significant relation to the present study in the sense
that both are discussing about the benefits of having a Lower Paraiso Home Owner
Association Information System. The objective of the project will help the target users
which are the Lower Paraiso Home Owners to manage their information and
transactions of their Association.
