learners?

class?

2.5 Is the design/structure of the room inviting to classroom activities? ✓
2.6 Is the physical space/ learning station clear from obstruction? ✓

ANALYZE:
1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?
It is very important because the students will depend on the voice pitch that you
are executing, students don’t want teachers with low pitch voice, and they don’t want to hear
also a teacher with high pitch of voice. Definitely, as a teacher you should know to control the
pitch of your voice for you to get the attention of the students to listen on your discussion.
Voice is the fundamental aspect needed in the teaching field.
2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?
As a role model of course, the students will always observe and look at you and
definitely you should expect that in the very first place. If the teacher does not show punctuality
it will also affect the punctuality of his/her students because they seen it from their own
teacher and they will absolutely look into that and copy that.
3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?
Other says, “A good environment attracts positive energy.” Therefore, to say that
physical aspect of the classroom should always be organized and neat as is it. Because it will
enable the students to listen and participate actively if their learning environment is clean and
physically in good condition. It will encourage also the students to interact and build more
understanding in learning process.
REFLECT:
1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain. “No among of good
instruction will come out without effective classroom management.”
For me, instruction can be neglected if there is no effective classroom
management. Because an instruction is meant to be obeyed if it is executed by the teacher. No
matter how better or great your instruction if you as a teacher doesn’t apply or execute it
properly with the students then it is nothing but an instruction. Teacher should know how to
execute an effective classroom management for the betterment of the class.
2. What are you plans in ensuring effective classroom management?
As a teacher, I will first ensure my personal aspect of being a teacher because I am
the role model that they will follow and in order for me to establish the classroom management
plan. Second, I will create a classroom routine for sustaining the cleanliness of the classroom
and generate a plan that will ensure the effectiveness of it by giving covenants that shall follow.

ANALYZE:
1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these contribute to
better classroom management? Explain your answer.
13 out of 15 strategies were being employed. These strategies contribute to the
betterment of the classroom management because it is observable to the student’s action
because of the strategies imparted by the teacher itself. The strategies help the teacher to
organized classroom by groupings or individual. Also, it helps to encourage students to
participate actively in the class.
2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What should have
been used instead? Explain.
There is only 1 strategy that the teacher was not able to use, and this is Writing
group contracts. For me no, because being in a group means you have already a responsibility to
cooperate and join them in every tasks. You shall not give reasons for having why you do not
able to cooperate with them. It is definitely a group work so therefore everyone in the group
should cooperate. Instead of having group contracts, why put strictly follow the given deadline
in order for the students to practice punctuality in terms of submissions.
REFLECT:
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to diverse types of
learners?
As a future teacher, I will employ group activities and asking questions from the
students about the content and topic we have been discussed throughout the discussion. This
will help me to practice themselves in a group effort or cooperation for them to succeed in
some other times of reality and utilize the given questions to clarify them what I think lacks in
their understanding throughout my lesson.
I will also given them out-door activities that will respond to the diversity of the
learners such as interviewing and sharing in to the class for them to analyze and comprehend
the different kinds of learners that with them.
