    Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Pinagsama


    August 26, 2021 (Thursday) at 01:00 O’clock PM

    ORDER OF BUSINESS:

    1.0 – INVOCATION: The prayer was led by The Presiding Officer and SK Chairperson Jovyann
    Bautista – Mabunga

    2.0 – CALL TO ORDER: The Presiding Officer and SK Chairperson Jovyann Bautista - Mabunga called
    the session into order at 01:04 PM after her roll call that there are some members that absent and the
    rest of the council are present, then she acknowledges and hailed the present officials to the 8 th
    Regular Session of the Barangay Pinagsama Reformed Sangguniang Kabataan.

    3.0 – Reading of the previous minutes of the meeting by the Presiding Officer and the Council:
    SK Kagawad Jeremy Joshua Hubahib approved the minutes, seconded by SK Kagawad Jomarie
    Laggui.

    The Presiding officer moved the session for the discussion of agenda.

    4.0 – Matters discussed/taken up arising from the agenda:

    A. Final Plan Gulay ko Tanim ko:


    A.1 Equipments for gardening that are included in the totebag are the following: gardening
    tools, loam soil, plant pots, seeds, water spray, fertilizer, and t-shirt

    A.2 Webinar regarding urban gardening approximately 30 minutes talk, will be conducted on
    Sunday if there’s an available speaker on that day, target date of repacking for gulay ko,
    tanim ko will be on Saturday and Sunday; if not possible on Sunday, webinar will be move
    on Monday.

    A.3 Participants for gulay ko, tanim ko project need to register thru google form. Assorted
    seeds will be provided for all participant,
    A.4 Need to ask them a question regarding on what the importance of urban gardening is, ask
    them if they are willing to join the contest because Priya from Enderun are planning to
    conduct a contest where they will provide a 10k cash price for the first participant that is
    able to grow their vegetable plant

    B. Update for Shoot that Kalat:


    B.1 Need to do an ocular/site visit for the location of these pet bottles garbage.

    B.2 Quantity of Shoot that kalat are depends on the quotation of the contractor

    B.3 Approximate size is 4ft.

    C. Activities for closing of lingo ng kabataan 2021


    C.1 Monday possible time 4pm.

    C.2 Live on facebook page, Participants need to register thru google form for raffle. Prizes will be:
    100 pesos load, 1000 cash, 6 grocery packages. Need to avail premium zoom to maximize the use of
    zoom meeting for webinar and other matters.

    5.0 – Other Matters:


    5.1 SK Kagawad Amille will prepare the google form for all registration Webinar, Gulay ko,
    Tanim ko and Closing for lingo ng kabataan.
    5.2 SK Kagawad Nanette Amongol will take care of posting of announcement in Facebook page.

    6.0 – Adjournment: With no other matters taken up, the session adjourned by SK Amille Rhieth Madia,
    Seconded by SK Nanette Amongol at 02:26 O’clock PM.
