2.What do i get with creative cloud for teams (Business Lic.) that i don’t get with
an individual membership?
Creative Cloud for teams includes everything in Creative Cloud for individuals, plus:
Shared project libraries (You can easily share design elements, colors,
text styles)
User experience element libraries (Web, mobile, and UX design teams often reference buttons,
menus, and other user interface elements across multiple design projects.)
• A web-based Admin Console where you can easily mana ge and reassign licenses
• Centralized IT deployment tools
• The ability to reclaim assets when people leave the organization
• 1TB of cloud storage per user, pooled for use by the whole team
• 180-day version histories for cloud documents
• Advanced 24/7 support
• 1:1 sessions with Adobe product experts
• Unlimited job posts on Adobe Talent, where you can recruit from a pool of millions of creatives
This is only a library tab integrated into software which our member of the team
create (for easier collaboration with other team members).
For all of these things we practicaly use google services (Google Drive etc.)
We don’t have integrated shared library in software ( but how much is that’s matter
for us..?!) - Do we really need to pay more for such a service?
3.Do the Creative Cloud for teams (Business) list prices cover one user or my
entire team?
Prices shown are per user and reflect the monthly price per team member if you choose to
pay each month or the annual price per team member if you choose to pay upfront.
Certainly a Business plan does not bring us a single license for multiple users or multiple
licenses for all in one package of business plan (for 79.99 $ /mo).
! PROS - If it can speed up the work of the team (IT CAN) (for faster and more
fluid exchange of graphics and solutions among team members).
! CONS – A lot of things are needed now at this moment (adim panels and other things
related to large organizations and storing large amount of things).
Of course, it's up to you if these (potentially our) libraries are worth paying ( ..I think
that is about 20$ extra per license/monthly compared to individual plan for all
package of adobe crative cloud) since we have a Google drive for file sharing files
only (but not integrated assembly libraries into the software itself).
I think UX / UI designers will also need at least Photoshop, Illustrator and XD (if
they don't have their own software solutions).
I think “Yes” (for the benefit of the future team), what would you think?
