Introduction
The name of the business is “PUTO PIZZA”. It will be owned by the collaboration of Maureen
Catedrilla, Ralyn Mae Arano, Rica Babe Montero, Russel Cristines, and Kenieth Rey Dumagsa.

OH LALALA PUTO PIZZA is a home based production business which involves cooking
foods and delivering it to the customers. Puto Pizza is basically the puto will be the alternate of
the Pizzas dough to make it more Interesting and unique to the taste buds of the Isabelanons.
Unique to the sense that instead of the typical cheese toppings on it and different from the known
Puto Flan nowadays the twist will be the pizza toppings on it which is very unusual to the common
Pizza Pies that had a bread like dough. But through Puto Pizza the target market will experience a
fluffy dough which is so unusual. Thus, the team aims to give the people a choice of food that they
can afford. The team mainly focuses on the production of Puto Pizzas which is a combination of
the famous Filipino Puto and the Italian Pizza all in one as it aims to be part of Isabel Delicacies.

To be able to give the customers the best, healthy and tastier quality food. Also to ensure an
excellent service as well here in Isabel.

people can afford at the same time they can order anytime for any occasions and to become known

The name of the business is “OH LALALA PUTO PIZZA”. As we are starting at a low
price it would certainly fullfil the customer’s demand.

The base is located at Libertad, Isabel, Leyte. It will be owned by the collaboration of
Maureen Catedrilla, Ralyn Mae Arano, Rica Babe Montero, Russel Cristines, Wenel Lacdaying
and Kenieth Rey Dumagsa. And will operate six days a week from Monday to Saturday at 10:00am
to 6:00pm. The business needs a total of 200.00 as a start-up capital. Each owner will contribute
P400.00.
In terms of personnel, it only consists of five employees, two who are responsible for
accepting the orders of the customers, cashiers clerk for arranging the monthly and yearly sales
and responsible for receiving the payment of the customers and the other three is the responsible
of cooking and preparing the orders. The compensation of the personnel will be based on the
existing labor code with a minimum wage of P200.00 a day. The store will hire additional workers
after five (5) years of operation to meet the increasing demand of the product.
The advantage of our business is we are the one who delivers our product and to lessen the
burden of our customers. We can assure you that what you see in our page is what you get.

Rivalry among competitors in the food delicacies industry is relatively intense. While each
major competitor has its own market niche, price, discounting, advertising campaign’s, and new
product introductions. In our industry one of our greatest competitor has their own factory, utilities,
equipment, and other materials needed in the production. Even though we don’t have what they
have but we can assure you that we can deliver and finished the production on time and we can
also assure to you that our product has a high quality and will satisfied your taste.
Our primary target market would be the INCS students from junior high school to senior
high school, faculty and staff, we enthusiastically promote our product by having free taste and
adopt our strategy in sales talk. We also give our social media accounts and hotline number so that
our customers can message us directly to their orders. Our secondary target market are the online
customers with the delivery service. Our tertiary target market are the residents of Libertad, Isabel,
Leyte because it is a home base business.
The needs of our business are the ingredients that we typically used made our product
unique and it will undoubtedly add someone’s interest to savor it. And also the 4M’s Manpower,
Machine, Method and Materials.
Our competitors are the school canteens which are one of the respected stores in Isabel
National Comprehensive School that are selling fine products and valuable needs of the students
and the outside vendors which are also one of the stores near in Isabel National Comprehensive
School that are selling foods for the snack. The students are used to buy their product it’s because
of the affordable price.
We promote our product by conducting a free taste in INCS and by persuading the
customers to by our product. The advantage of our business is that we have a free delivery and we
also give freebies to the customers who will order more than 50 pieces of our puto pizza.
Our pricing strategy is based on the quality of the product and the financial status of INCS.
We distribute the products to the customers by delivering it to them, and we will be selling it by
retail. The type of our packaging are boxes that can accommodate 12 pieces of puto pizza.
We will use Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to promote our business by posting our
products. We will also use our business website and email, flyers, brochures and business cards.
To make the customers more interested and love our product we will give some free taste to the
customers.
The business start as a sole proprietorship, owned by its founder. It has been registered in
the Municipality to run the business legally.

The business is organized into 3 areas: product sourcing, sales, and marketing; production;
and finance and administration.
Manager
Manager was the assistant of the CEO where she is the responsible for planning, directing
and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a business unit, division, department, or an
operating unit within an organization. She is also responsible for overseeing and leading the work
of a group of people in many instances.
Employees
Production Specialist. He or she is the one who is responsible to mix the ingredients.
Quality control. He or she is the one who is responsible to taste the puto, if it is good in our
taste bud or not. She or she will be assigned to approved the product.
Workers. Their role is to prepare the ingredients and to cook the puto pizza.

Operating plan
In terms of finding a resources of our equipment, we bought our equipment through online
because it is less hassle and affordable. To make our business popular in our town in our first
production we offer freebies. In order to maintain the popularity of our business we give 2%
discount on every customer who’ll avail 50 pcs and above of our product.
In the production of our product based on our experience it only takes 30-40 minutes to
finished our product. Whenever there are times that there are many orders will come we, the
employees will stay overnight to finished our production on time. Our business is a home based
business located in Libertad, Isabel, Leyte.
