A2. Shortcut to Mold EX-Press is not created in your NX tool bar

Once Mold EX-Press is installed successfully shortcut is created automatically in the tool bar of NX. However if other add-in
softwares (ex; ET2008) are installed ahead the new shortcut may sometimes not appear. The following method is to allow the
softwares in compatible use.

NX can apply two different modeling structures, assembly or multi-body (non-assembly). Mold EX-Press can output part models in
both structures by switching the modeling mode so that you can proceed designing with your preferred structure. The default output
mode is set for multi-body (non-assembly).

If you don’t have CAD other than AutoCAD, NX, Pro/E, CREO or Solidworks, the DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP, SAT and PARASOLID
formats can be exported from Mold EX-Press so that they are compatible with the various 2D and 3D design software.

In order to use "Mold EX-Press Software" (hereinafter referred to as "THIS SOFTWARE"), it is necessary for the user to agree to all
articles of Misumi Corporation "Mold EX-Press Software" license agreement (hereinafter referred to as "THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT")
stipulated hereinafter.
Those who use THIS SOFTWARE shall be deemed to have agreed to each articles of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. Those who does not
agree to THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT may not use THIS SOFTWARE. Before using THIS SOFTWARE, please read THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT carefully, understand thoroughly, and then use it.

Misumi Corporation "Mold EX-Press Software" License Agreement


Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT is to stipulate the necessary matters concerning the license agreement etc. of THIS
SOFTWARE between Misumi Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "OUR COMPANY") and the corporate or individual (hereinafter
referred to as "USER") who uses THIS SOFTWARE.
Article 2 - Definition
In THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, the meanings of the terms listed in the following items shall be as stipulated respectively in those items.
(1) "Mold EX-Press Software" means a program to provide the introductions of our products, designing support, the quotation, mail order
service, information, and any other services which OUR COMPANY carries out. THIS SOFTWARE consists of all of the programs, the
information of our products, and the CAD/drawings data etc., which are included in THIS SOFTWARE.
(2) "Electromagnetic/Optical recording medium" means a medium which electromagnetically or optically records letters, images, and
sounds etc. in the hard disk, floppy disk, CD-ROM, MO, DVD, and USB memory etc.
(3) "Transmission" means for USER to give and receive THIS SOFTWARE with radio communications and line telecommunications in
order to let himself or the third party to receive THIS SOFTWARE directly.
(4) "Use" means for USER to startup or operate on the computer, to modify, amend or add new data, to store in Electromagnetical/Optical
recording medium, to print, to make duplications, regardless of whether or not they are tangible, to transmit, or to recreate with the
other methods.
Article 3 - Purpose to Use
1. THIS SOFTWARE is provided to USER so that USER may design by himself using our products and that USER may be supported to
select and procure our products. USER may use THIS SOFTWARE within this purpose only.
2. USER shall use THIS SOFTWARE in accordance with any law which is applied in the jurisdiction where USER is living.

Article 4 - Intellectual Property


1. Copyright, trademark and any other intellectual properties (hereinafter collectively referred to as "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY") belong
to OUR COMPANY or the third party who has provided data to OUR COMPANY, and the said rights are protected by laws.
2. OUR COMPANY grants USER a non-exclusive and free license to use THIS SOFTWARE under THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY of THIS SOFTWARE shall not be transferred to USER or belong to USER by THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT.
3. Concerning the programs and data included in THIS SOFTWARE, whose copyright belongs to the third party, (hereinafter referred to as
"THE THIRD PARTY'S PROGRAMS"), if there exist the individual provisions or any other agreements (hereinafter referred to as "THE
OTHER AGREEMENTS") separately for the use of THE THIRD PARTY'S PROGRAMS, USER shall agree to THE OTHER
AGREEMENTS in addition to THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT and shall comply with them.
4. USER shall be deemd to have agreed to THE OTHER AGREEMENTS (including the agreements mentioned at the end of THIS
LICENSE AGREEMENT) at the time when USER has installed THIS SOFTWARE.
5. OUR COMPANY shall not assume any responsibility, even if our product data included in THIS SOFTWARE or THE THIRD PARTY'S
PROGRAMS infringes any rights of another third party.
Article 5 - Prohibited Matters
Concerning THIS SOFTWARE, USER may not perform the matters listed in the followings.
(1) Duplicating the whole or a part of THIS SOFTWARE beyond the range which is necessary for the purpose stipulated in Article 3
paragraph 1 of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT
(2) Amending, modifying, tampering, translating or recreating the whole or a part of THIS SOFTWARE
(3) Providing the third party or allowing the third party to use by selling, transferring, lending, accepting reuse, public transmission and the
other means
(4) Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise analyzing the contents of THIS SOFTWARE
(5) Publishing or displaying to the public
Article 6 - Disclaimer and Exclusion of Warranties
1. THIS SOFTWARE is provided to USER as is and OUR COMPANY shall not warrant that THIS SOFTWARE has no design errors nor
defects, shall not warrant that use of THIS SOFTWARE does not infringe the rights of USER or the third party, and shall not warrant any
other contents.
2. OUR COMPANY shall not warrant any safety, accuracy, certainty nor usability concerning the information provided to USER by THIS
SOFTWARE.
3. Whatever the cause, OUR COMPANY is not in any way responsible for such damages to USER as equipment failures, business
interruption or losses of business information; or damages to USER due to the third party's request, arising out of USER's using THIS
SOFTWARE.

Article 7 - Modification and Revision of THIS SOFTWARE


1. OUR COMPANY may modify or revise THIS SOFTWARE without advance notice.
2. OUR COMPANY may voluntarily provide the revised version of THIS SOFTWARE.
3. When the revised version of THIS SOFTWARE is provided to USER by OUR COMPANY, USER shall immediately stop using the current
version of THIS SOFTWARE and hereafter use the revised version of THIS SOFTWARE.
4. The articles stipulated in THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT shall be applied in using the revised version, unless agreed otherwise.
Article 8 - Products
1. The data size of some CAD data included in THIS SOFTWARE may be decreased by simplifying its dimensions and shape, considering
the convenience of designing the molds. The dimension and shape etc. of the said CAD data are different from those of the actual
product in such case. Please note in advance that.
2. OUR COMPANY shall not guarantee that USER may procure all the products shown in THIS SOFTWARE. Even during the effective
term of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, OUR COMPANY may abolish the standards, terminate or suspend sales, or change the
specification of our products provided with information in THIS SOFTWARE, without advance notice.
Article 9 – Suspension and Return, etc.
1. When USER violates any articles of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT; when it is necessary to maintain THIS SOFTWARE; when the
accidents or other reasons occur; or when OUR COMPANY determines that it is not appropriate for USER to use continuously OUR
COMPANY may, whatever the reasons, notify USER of suspending to use THIS SOFTWARE without advance notice. At the same time
OUR COMPANY may request USER to return or discard THIS SOFTWARE and delete THIS SOFTWARE (hereinafter collectively
referred to as "RETURN AND SO ON") from the all medium where THIS SOFTWARE was recorded electromagnetically or optically
(including CAD data and all other data in THIS SOFTWARE and its duplicates or adaption).
2. Pursuant to the provision of the preceding paragraph, if OUR COMPANY notifies USER of suspending THIS SOFTWARE, USER shall
suspend to use THIS SOFTWARE promptly.
3. Pursuant to the provision of paragraph 1, if OUR COMPANY request USER to RETURN AND SO ON THIS SOFTWARE, USER shall
RETURN AND SO ON THIS SOFTWARE promptly. In addition, OUR COMPANY is not in any way responsible to USER and the third
party for damages resulting from RETURNING AND SO ON.
Article 10 - Treatment of Usage Information
1. THIS SOFTWARE includes a program which periodically transmits the information of errors and histories generated during USER's
using THIS SOFTWARE (hereinafter collectively referred to as "USAGE INFORMATION"), for the purpose of the improvement of THIS
SOFTWARE . If USER agrees to transmit USAGE INFORMATION to OUR COMPANY, USER shall be deemed to have agreed that
OUR COMPANY may use the USAGE INFORMATION in order to improve THIS SOFTWARE and provide USER with information.

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT shall be effective from when USER installs THIS SOFTWARE to when one of the followings occurs.
(1) When USER voluntarily finishes to use THIS SOFTWARE
(2) When USER violates any articles stipulated in THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT
(3) When OUR COMPANY notifies USER of suspending to use THIS SOFTWARE, according to Article 9 paragraph 1
(4) When USER voluntarily RETURNS AND SO ON THIS SOFTWARE

Article 12 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction


1. THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. If disputes on the usage of THIS SOFTWARE and THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT arise, Tokyo District Court in Japan will be the first
agreed court with exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 13 - Survival
The provision of Article 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12 and 13 shall be survived after the termination of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Article 14 - Conference
When the matters not provided in THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT or doubts on the articles of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT arise, OUR
COMPANY and USER shall try to reach an amicable settlement upon consultation.

Article 15 - Revision of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT


OUR COMPANY may revise THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT with our discretion. In such case, the said revision shall be notified to USER by
such means which OUR COMPANY selects as publication on the web site of OUR COMPANY or notification at the time of distribution of
the revised version of THIS SOFTWARE. USER shall be deemed to have agreed the revision of THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT at the time
when the said notification is given.

[The Other Agreement]


RealDWG® by Autodesk, Inc. (111 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, California 94903、USA) has been used in THIS SOFTWARE. Please
agree "MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF END LICENSEE LICENSE" prescribed hereinafter, in addition to use THIS SOFTWARE.
In MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF END LICENSEE LICENSE below, Licensee means OUR COMPANY, End Licensees means
USER, and Software Application means THIS SOFTWARE.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF END LICENSEE LICENSE
1. Licensee grants to End Licensees a non-exclusive license to use the Software Application under the terms stated in this Agreement.
2. End Licensees agree not to alter, reverse engineer or disassemble the Software Application. End Licensees will not copy the Licensed
Software except: (i) as necessary to read the Software Application from the media into the memory of a computer solely for the purpose
of executing it on a single machine (whether a stand alone computer or a workstation component of a multi-terminal system), or (ii) to
create an archival copy. End Licensees agree that any such copies of the Software Application shall contain the same proprietary
notices which appear on and in the Software Application.
3. End Licensees may not install, access or otherwise copy or use the Software Application except as expressly authorized by this
Agreement. End Licensees may not distribute, rent, loan, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer all or any portion of the Software
Application, or any rights granted in this Agreement, to any other person without the prior written consent of Licensee. End Licensees
may not install or access, or allow the installation or access of, the Software Application over the Internet for the purposes of making the
Software Application available to third parties, including, without limitation, use in connection with a Web hosting or similar services. End
Licensees may not modify, translate, adapt, arrange, or create derivative works based on the Software Application for any purpose. End
Licensee may not utilize any equipment, device, software, or other means designed to circumvent or remove any form of copy protection
used by Licensee or its licensors in connection with the Software Application, or use the Software Application together with any,
authorization code, serial number, or other copy protection device not supplied by Licensee or its licensors. End Licensees may not use
or export the Software Application outside of the country of purchase for any reason. End Licensees acknowledge that the Software
Application is the confidential information of Licensee and its suppliers, and End Licensees agree that under no circumstances may End
Licensees disclose the Software Application to any third party. Title to and ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with
the Software Application and any copies remain with Licensee and its suppliers.
4. End Licensees are hereby notified that Autodesk, Inc., 111 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, California 94903 (“Autodesk”) is a third-party
beneficiary to this Agreement to the extent that this Agreement contains provisions which relate to End Licensees’ use of the Software
Application. Such provisions are made expressly for the benefit of Autodesk and are enforceable by Autodesk in addition to Licensee.
5. In no event shall Licensee or its suppliers be liable in any way for indirect, special or consequential damages of any nature, including
without limitation, lost business profits, or liability or injury to third persons, whether foreseeable or not, regardless of whether Licensee
or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
