Final Decision :

In total there, are seven projects. Among them, I am giving more priority to project no 4 . After completing the
project priority evaluation form, we can see that project no 4. has a total weighted score of 510. According to the
requirement, Generate profit must be greater than 18%. In project no 4, Generate profit is 26 %, which is the
highest compared to the other projects. This project might also be created merchandising for kid's toys items, that
sort of business popular for the world while as we can see the Disney. Simultaneously, project no 6 is the 2nd
ranking and project no 1 is the 3rd position. Finally, When I compared all of the portions then I can recognize that
project no 4 is the 1st priority in my perspective view. So, my final decision will go with the project no 4.
