1.0  SCOPE 

This document defines the basic inspection and test scope guidelines for integrated control
and safety system (ICSS) of Bahregan Crude Oil Storage Tanks Development (Piping,
Manifold, Contrpl, System & Fire Fighting) project under PO reference No. 94-111

DEFINITION

A: Approve Work can be preceded after approval of Documents/Reports.

R: Document Review: Inspector Only Reviews Certificates and /or Documents And
Reports.

SW: Spot Witness: Inspection at the initial stage and other Case on spot/random.

W: Witness: It is Necessary to inform about the Date of the operation (10/45

Days before Operation) In case there is no action work can
proceed. (10 days for Iran and 45 days for out of Iran)

H:Hold Point: Presence is Required, Witnessing/inspection is mandatory for

continuing the work.

4. Notes:

1‐All Design Data required, Quality plan, ITP, Material Certificates and Hardware/Software 
documents required by TPA will be handed over to inspector and delivered in PIM. 

2‐ Vendor's certificate or certificate issued by their own Third Party Agent is substituted for inspector 
review and approval. 

3‐All test and inspection details will be defined in relevant FAT procedure document. 

4‐As FAT requirement, Modbus connection with Stardom is not possible to real test in FAT so it will 
be simulated and real test will be done in Site. 

5‐Location and exact date for inspection will be informed to the TPA by IDEH via official inspection 
notification record send to LPG. Required coordination with TPA will be done by Loole‐Pey Gostar.
