    GROUNDS

    1. That the case titled as Komal Ismail vs the state is pending adjudication before
    this honorable court at trial stage. The car bearing the registration number ALA-
    356 Suzuki Cultus White color is under the custody of the police station Sihala,
    Islamabad in pursuance of the investigation regarding above-mentioned case.
    2. That the police have seized the alleged vehicle of the applicant with mala-fide
    intention and ulterior motives.
    3. That the police have staged a false story and seized the alleged car of the applicant
    without due process of law.
    4. That the car is stationed at Police Station Sihala, Islamabad without any proper
    cover and left in an open sky.
    5. That the vehicle in question needs proper care and maintenance, that is not
    possible at Police Station.
    6. That if the car remains more at Police station Sihala, Islamabad, it will lose
    maintenance and decay its value to nil.
    7. That the applicant undertakes that he will produce the car as and when required by
    this Honourable court.
    8. That the applicant is prepared to furnish reasonable surety to the satisfaction of
    this Honourable court.
    9. That the prayer is made in the interest of justice.

    Prayers:

    It is hereby prayed that the application shall kindly be accepted. Furthermore, the possession
    of above-mentioned vehicle may kindly be reverted in favor of the Applicant.
