    3 ADVANCE PAYMENT

    This is a payment which paid to the contractor at the commencement of the project as shown
    within clause of 59 in the general condition of contract and the percentage amount of advance
    payment with monthly recovery of advance payment it is provided in the clause 24 of special
    condition of contract.

    3.1 APPLICATION OF ADVANCE PAYMENT
    The advance payment was requested by the contractor through provision of a letter and
    attachment of unconditional bank guarantee as instructed within the general condition of contract
    clause 59.1.

    Figure Shows the Percentage of advance payment and monthly recovery of advance payment as
    per special condition of condition clause.
    3.2 REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF ADVANCE PAYMENT BY CONSULTANT
    The consultant issue the release of advance payment to the contractor through preparation of
    certificate to release advance payment to contractor (Attached) and evaluation attachment.
