Homemade Brownie Mix Ingredients
To Make Brownies Add wet ingredients and Mix until well combined. Grease a 9×13 pan. Spread batter evenly and bake at

TO MAKE A 9X9” PAN OF BROWNIES: Mix 2 cups of Brownie Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter (or you can use vegetable oil,
or liquid coconut oil), 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon water. (If desired, add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
or mini chocolate chips!) Spread in a 9x9” pan that’s been lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for
about 20-24 minutes, until a toothpick comes out 1” from the edge of the pan with only a few crumbs. Cool before slicing
into squares.

Instructions 1. Measure flour into quart size mason jar. 2. Add sugar on top, then baking powder, then salt. Place lid on jar.
(My ingredients JUST fit) 3. Place softened butter into stand mixer and mix on medium for 12 minutes. 4. Place dry
ingredients into stand mixer and combine with butter for 30 seconds. 5. Add milk, oil, vanilla and eggs and mix on medium-
high for one minute. 6. Pour batter into prepare pans. Bake at 350. For 9inch pans its 2025 minutes. For cupcakes start
checking around 15 minutes. Cool before frosting.
Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a 9 x 9 pan.

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two 8 or 9-inch baking pans with parchment paper, and grease and flour. See our

Step 2:
Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on low at first, until the mixture begins to come together.
Increase the speed to high, and mix for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Step 3:
Pour the batter into the prepared pans, and bake until golden, 20 to 25 minutes in your pans. Immediately run a sharp knife
along the perimeter of the pan after removing from the oven, to loosen the sides of the cake.
Whisk all ingredients together. Store for up to three months in a mason jar or sealed baggie.
To Prepare:
In any recipe requiring cake mix, 2 cups mix replaces 1 box of cake mix
Fold all ingredients together, then beat on medium for two minutes.
Bake at 350.
1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the sugar, both flours, milk powder, baking powder and salt. Process for 15 seconds. Add the
pieces of butter and lightly toss with a fork so they are coated with the flour mixture. Sprinkle the vanilla over the top. Pulse until the
mixture is fine and crumbly, about 10 one-second pulses. Use immediately or store in an airtight bag or container in the freezer for up to 2
months.
