JAGADGURU SPRITUAL FOUNDATION.

(Registered under Indian trust Act 188 )

THIS DEED OF TRUST WITNESS AS FOLLOW:


1) For the purpose sanctioned above, author of the Trust has already
handed over a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five Thousand only) to the Trustees by
way of initial contribution hereinafter called as the CORPUSE FUND.
2) The Trustees hereby declare that they will hold the said amount of Rs.
5000/- (Rupees five Thousand only) handed over by the Author of the Trust as
aforesaid and the Trustees are also empowered to receive all gifts, contributions,
subscriptions, donations and other money or properties from the Trustees
government or private bodies or public in India or abroad and to apply the same
for the sole purpose of advancement of object of the general public utility.

3) For the furtherance of all or any of aforesaid objectives of the trust


shall have the power to organize collection and to raise fund through its trustees
for carrying out the activities of the Trust, by the way of donations in India or
abroad.

III) Object of the Trust.


1. To preach Indian spiritual philosophy.
2. To built, Repair and maintain Hindu temples.
3. To Run vedha study schools.
4. To conduct school and classes to educate on Indian spiritual literature like
Siva Thirumurai, Thiviya prabandangal.
5. To teach Meditation and yoga.
6. To Build meditation centre and herbal gardens.
7. To organise / conduct public meeting on the topic of Indian Hindu
spirituality.
8. To write and publish Hindu spiritual / Religious philosophical books.
9. To develop Tamil language.
10. To support translation of Tamil spiritual literature to other language.
11. To teach Sanskrit language.
12. To promote teach Tamil moral Literature.
13. To Promote Religious Harmony by means of conducting All religious
convention and Joint prayers so on.
14. To Conduct religious spiritual festival like yagam, vilaku Pooja so on.
15. To promote patriotism and National integration among Indians.
16. To adopt villages to develop social economic condition of the village
people.
17. To develop water resources of the village i.e drill bore well, de-siltation
of ponds, construction of rain water structure, channels, so on.
18. To implement social development program of central, state and local
self-government social development schemes.
19. To conduct various developmental programme to protect Environment.
Such as construct and maintain Effluent treatment plant, Sewage
treatment plant, solid waste management. Afforestation, so on.
20. To promote traditional organic forming.
21. To collect and preserve traditional seeds, of fruit trees, cereals,
vegetables and so on.
22. To protect and promote Tamil traditional martial art i.e silambam and
traditional Tamil sports like kabaddi and Tamil traditional art and music.
23. To promote sports among youth and to conduct youth development
activities.
24. To promote socio economic condition of the rural people through micro
credit scheme.
25. To setup and run schools, collages, vocational training institutes,
polytechnic, colleges.
26. To conduct skill development programme and conduct training on
various competition exams.
27. To promote and implement non formal education.
28. To Implements scheme for the promotion of Women and child
development.
29. To Impart training on Disaster Management and organize a Team to
facilitate people affected by the Natural disaster.
30. To implement programme to promote socio economic and political
condition of Dalit people.
31. To implement programme to promote socio economic and political
condition of most marginalised community among Dalit people like
Arundadiyars.
32. To impart Legal education to the rural peoples and provide free legal
assistant to the poor/ under privileged people. To file compliant on public
interest litigations in the interest of the public.
33. To promote small scale and cottage industries in the rural areas.
34. To conduct research work, studies, compile statistics for the rural
development metrics.
35. To protect physical and mental Health of rural people through implementing
various health scheme such as conducting health camp, counselling session
and conduct awareness program on health issues, set up hospitals and
dispensary in the rural area.
36. To promote traditional Indian medicinal system like sidda and ayur veda
37. To Establish scholarship, provide financial support to the bright students in
the rural area.
38. To Establish and maintain Homes to provide accommodation for destitute
women, orphans, old age people and Dalit students, women hostels.
39. To network with other trust, intuitions for the promotion of the trust
objectives.
40. To implement social development programme for the nomadic, tribal
people.
41. To promote animal welfare programme.
42. To conduct programme for consumer protection.
43. To conduct programme to promote Human Rights.
44. To conduct various developmental programme for physically challenged
people.
45. To conduct programme to eradicate child labour.
46. To conduct programme to eradicate corruption and scam.
47. To conduct programme to promote Industrial safety, fire safety and road
safety.
48. To conduct programme to create awareness of narcotic drugs and alcohol
addiction.
49. To establish and maintain rehabilitation centre for people who affected by
the alcoholic drug addiction.
50. To conduct blood camp and to conduct awareness programme for organ
donation.

IV) Trust Structure.


Board of Trust consist of five persons president, treasurer, secretary and two
other board of trust member.
V) Power and obligation of the Board of Trust.
President is the chairperson and chief authority of the board of trust. He has to
chair all the board of Trust Meetings. The President is responsible for the safe
keeping of the all trust records, Minutes of Meeting of the Trust Board. Except
financial records.
The president has the power to sue or to be sued on behalf of the Trust.
The president can enter contract with other entity or individual for the benefit of
trust.
The president can join any group or net work on behalf of the Trust for the
benefit of trust.
The president has the power to appoint agent, any staff to manage the trust. And
the president has the power to fix the salary to the staff.
The president has control over all the properties of the Trust.
The president will exercise all the power and that are not entrusted to other
board member by this trust deed.
The Treasurer perform the financial function of the board. The Treasure have
to open and operate bank account in any nationalised or rural cooperative credit
bank jointly with president of the trust. The Treasurer have to maintain all
financial truncation of the Trust. The Treasurer is responsible for submitting all
necessary document for audit. It is the treasure responsibility to get audit done
and income tax filling on behalf of trust.

The Secretary execute the day to day affairs of the board under the guidance
of the President and Treasurer. The Secretary can be execute the programme
project of the Trust if the project entrusted by the president.

Other members can perform the function that are entrusted by the president.
Members are obligated to attend the Trust board meeting and cast vote.
The board of Trust members did not entitle to any honorarium. The function of
the board members are honorary. The Board Members are not entitle to any
benefit directly or indirectly accrued from the trust.
The members should not act against the object of the Trust.
VI) Proceeding of the Trust.
Meeting of the Trust: Meeting have to be held at least once in 6 month to
review the function of the trust. The special meeting can be convent at any time.
Enrolment of new member of the board of Trust: New member can be join
in the trust by the concern of the board of trust in the board meeting quorum for
the meeting is 3 persons.
Resignation / termination/removal of existing board members: on
application to the president any member can be resign from board if the member
unable to carry out trust function. If president wish to resign, he has to provide
application to the secretary, the board of trust have to convened and pass the
resolution to remove the board of trust member. quorum for the resignation or
termination removal of meeting will be 3 persons. If the death or disability or
dishonesty the board can be convened and terminate the board members by
unanimously.

VII) Financial Management of the Trust.


The financial year of the trust will be 1 st April to 31st March.
The trust fund has to be maintain by Treasurer jointly with president, Treasurer
have to operate bank account jointly with president.
All the trust property, movable and immovable tangent asset have to be
maintained by the treasurer jointly with the president.
The Treasure has the power to get loan, grand, gift from central, state local
government or any private entity or individual person on behalf of the Trust.
The account has to maintain properly by the Treasurer.
The Treasure has the power to allinate the financial or other resource for the
attainment/fulfilment of the object of the Trust on the consent of the President
of the Trust.
The Treasure on the consent of the president can purchase or sell, lease or grand
license to the properties of the trust for the fulfilment of the trust.
The Treasure have the power to invest the fund to any financial institutions,
with the consent of the president according to the provisions of section 13 (1)
(d) read with section 13 (5) of the Income tax act 1961.
Income tax compliance:
The Trust shall apply for registration with the Income Tax commissioner as a
Non-profit charitable body.
The fund of the trust shall be invested president according to the provisions of
section 13 (1) (d) read with section 13 (5) of the Income tax act 1961.
The Treasure have to apply income tax exception section 2(15), 11,12, 13 and
80G fo the income Tax Act, 1961, and comply with the requirements of the said
section of the law.
VIII) Amendment procedure of the Trust.
The provision of the Trust deed can be amend by the concern of the Board of
trust by simple majority. The quorum must be 3 persons. The President can
have equal vote right as other member of the trust board.
The president has the right to call for board meeting specifically mentioning the
“trust deed bye law amendment meeting”.
IX) Dissolution of the Trust.
The Trust is irrevocable, and public trust, If the situation arise that the object of
the trust is unable to carry out the trust property can be transferred to the trust
similar to the object of the trust. And can be wind up the trust according to the
procedure established in the Law.
X) Residuary class.
If anything said in the trust dead which may contrary to the Indian Trust Act
1882, the Indian Trust Act 1882 provision will prevail over the trust deed.
If anything omitted or absent in the trust dead, The Indian Trust Act 1882,
provision will applicable to the trust deed.
