    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Based on the advertisement posted on Jobstreet, I found that your company is looking for a QC
    Officer. Through the skills and experiences listed below, I believe to be a strong candidate for
    this job. Having the professional and academic experience in chemical engineering, the field of
    the industry has been familiar to mine. I’m a Chemical Engineering graduate from Diponegoro
    University. I completed my study for 3 years and 11 months with GPA of 3.41/4.00.  I’ve
    worked as an intern for a month at PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara in Technical Department
    starting from September to October of 2018. I have also worked at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia
    Tbk, a manufacturing company, one of the most well-known toiletries brand in the world,
    functioning as production foreman, in electroplating division plant 2, starting from December
    2019 until February 2020. Recently, I have worked at PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar, a fast moving
    consumer goods company, one of the biggest noodle producers in Indonesia known for its
    famous brand “Mie Sedaap” and also part of Wings Group. I was being given role as a
    production foreman, in Production Seasoning 2 (Sauce) Department, starting from July 2020
    until January 2021.

    I am also fluent in written and spoken English, communicate well with others, eager to learn
    something new, highly motivated, passionate and dedicated about my work. In addition, I am
    also a hard working person and a socially adaptable person. Complex problem solving is also one
    of my specialties as well as people management.

    On top of these competencies, I adhere to a work ethic and can effectively interact with people
    across all levels of the organizational structure considering my past experiences in campus
    organizations. I joined 4 different organizations throughout my campus life, participate in several
    national and international competitions, involved in local volunteering activities, and lastly
    joined several committees of an event as well. I believe I can be an asset to your company
    regarding these experiences.

    For your perusal and evaluation, I have enclosed my resume which includes my special skills,
    training and accomplishments and awards as a student, and a photocopy of my official transcript
    of records for your evaluation. I was really hoping to get accepted in this big company. Should
    you wish to ask about my personal traits and capabilities, I have also included a list of references
