 Provide L2 Support to Tata motor Insurance


 Monitor ticket in Uni-Desk Ticketing tools
 Used DDL & DML writing quires and data for manipulation
 Involved infunctional studies, Requirement Analysis, and provide Production support.
 Worked under the senior level guidance.
 Preparing documentation for requirements.
 Resolving the issues on priority basis.

Role & Responsibilities:
 Experience in Production Support in Mainframes with ORSYP monitoring Tools.
 Schedule ORSYP Performing weekend maintenance on all the ORSYP Infra servers.
Co-coordinating with the multiple Application teams/Admin team and make sure ORSYP Infra is up
24X7.
 Analysis the root cause of the failures of the job or batch or applications and act according to FPA. Then
escalate them to Admins.
 Resolving the data issues, Change request form and run the snippets in production.
 Scheduling the indigo jobs by using graph talk tool and monitoring indigo batches by crystal reports
