    Substrate

    Application
    Priomat® Pore Filler 3311 is a special one-pack body filler
    for small pores in the surface of PUR plastic parts of a
    Recoating
    vehicle. It closes pores, thereby ensuring a perfect finish.
    Storage

    This product is for the professional painting of vehicles only.

    Substrate
    Suitable substrates: Polyurethane flexible foam plastic parts (PUR flexible) with
    pores in the surface.

    Substrate pretreatment: The substrate must be free of release agents.

    Before cleaning plastic parts, heat them for 60 minutes at


    +60°C to let the release agents exude.

    Clean with Permanent Silicone Remover 7010 antistatic.


    The extent of the cleaning required depends on the type and
    quantity of release agents present. We recommend the use
    of an abrasive pad (3M 7448) to assist in the cleaning
    process.

    Allow the cleaning fluid to evaporate completely.


    (e.g. air dry overnight at +20°C or low bake for 30–40
    minutes at +60°C)

    Application
    Method of application: Apply with a lint-free cloth and press into the pores.

    Air drying:

    at +20°C ambient temperature


    approx. 5 minutes

    Further treatment: Wipe off any surplus Priomat® Pore Filler 3311 with a dry,
    lint-free cloth (do not clean or wipe with a damp cloth
    afterwards)

    Recoating

    Primer: Coat the entire PUR flexible foam part with Permacron® 1:1 Elastic
    Primer Surfacer 3300 or Priomat® Elastic Surfacer 3305 white.
    (see Data Sheet No. 310.1 or 201.1)

    Recoat with: Permacron® Automotive Top Coat Series 257


    Permasolid® HS Automotive Top Coat Series 270
    Permacron® Base Coat Series 293/295 and Permacron® /
    Permasolid® 2K clear coat
    Permahyd® Base Coat Series 280/285 and Permacron® /
    Permasolid®2K clear coat

    Parts”.

    Storage

    Guaranteed shelf life: At least 1 year in sealed original containers

    for a specific purpose. Warning remarks on the labels must be observed. Any existing industrial property
