Package Price:
Approx. $2050 - $2300 the cost for beer/wine/champagne service, plus two signature cocktails
(Signature Cocktail Package) with rental of our horse trailer bar

Package Inclusions:
● Basic beer/wine/champagne service
● Two signature cocktails (Signature Cocktail Package)
● Horse Trailer Bar Rental
○ All bartending equipment (ice tubs, bar mats, shakers, jiggers, strainers, etc)
○ All bar set-up and preparation (including chilling beverages, setting out bar
glassware, tapping kegs, prepping garnishes, etc)
● Bartenders for up to 4 hours of service time (our minimum for weekday events)
○ Note: Service time is calculated from the time of guest arrival at the venue until
bar closes.
○ Includes full service assistance in the planning, preparation and execution of your
bar service
■ Guidance on types and quantities of alcohol needed
■ Guidance on types and quantities of glassware needed
■ Consulting on all beverage service details throughout your planning
process.
● All non-alcoholic ingredients, such as the following:
○ high end garnishes and homemade bitters and shrubs
○ fresh produce and fresh fruit juices
○ infused syrups
○ Mixers
○ Ice - for chilling all bottles/cans/kegs for the length of the event, plus ice for use in
the beverages
○ Spa water, sparkling water, lemonade, and 3 soda options, of your choosing
○ 2 beer taps, for those who prefer to offer draft beer rather than bottled
○ Disposable drinkware, if you prefer not to rent glassware
○ Cocktail napkins and paper straws (available by guest request)
○ Two printed framed bar menus

Notes:
1. Please note that our packages do not include any of the alcohol or glassware (other
than disposable drinkware, if desired).
2. If you wanted to swap to the 8 foot bar, rather than the horse trailer bar, this would
discount the above pricing by $200.
3. If your guest count ends up staying below 50 people, we can potentially offer service
with just 1 bartender, if budget is a concern.

1. $2310. "BYOB" Semi-Inclusive Package


a. provides favorite beer, wine, and liquor while they take care of the rest
b. Includes all bartending, tools of the trade, set up time, travel time, clean up time,
prep time, and gratuity - (2) Bartenders
c. PLUS napkins, disposable cups, fresh garnishes, ice, sodas and juices for drink
production, and basic mixers.
2. $1150. - BARTENDER ONLY (2)
a. Includes all bartending, tools of the trade, set up time, travel time, clean up time,
prep time, and gratuity.
b. It does not include ice bins/buckets.
c. For unlimited ice delivery service which includes ice bin rentals, it starts at $248.

Add-Ons:
- Portable Bar Rental including delivery, setup, breakdown, and linen will be an additional $242
each.
- Bar Glassware Rental including setup, loss and breakage coverage, and glassware attendant
will be an additional.
- Cocktail/Highboy Table Rental including delivery, setup, breakdown, and linen will be additional
$72 each.
- Wait Staff, Cocktail Server, Busser, Table Pour Service or any other services.
- Self-serve coffee and tea service set up.
- Jockey box rentals for beer kegs for $324 each.
