Ethnicity in Hillingdon
According to the Greater London Authority in 2018, in Hillingdon 41.7% of the population
are White British, 8.3% are White Other and 50% are from Black & Minority Ethnic
groups. The following graphs show the current ethnic group percentages in Hillingdon
and the projected percentages in 2023 (all ages):

Population estimates for Hillingdon suggest that BAME groups are increasing as a
proportion of the population, with the corresponding reduction in the White ethnic
groups.
The following graphs show the projected changes in ethnicity between 2018 and 2023 in
the borough. The biggest changes between those years can be seen in the White
(decreasing) and Asian (increasing) ethnic groups:
