SCRIPT for the On-Campus Training Closing Program
C: A friendly reminder to all the participants in this event to turn on your

cameras and mute your microphones throughout the program.

C: As Peter F. Drucker said, “since we live in an age of innovation, a

practical education must prepare a man for work that does not yet exist
and cannot yet be clearly defined.”
C: To our motherly dean of the College of Teacher Education, Dr. Arlene O.

Monsalve, to our advisers, Mr. Rafael Onate and Mr. Arnel Turiano, to the
principal of Montessori Grade School department, Mrs. Janice Banzagales,
to the principal of the Junior High School department, Mrs. Francia Buffe,
and to our fellow student teachers, good morning.
P: Teaching in the New Normal is a challenge that must be accepted

upfront. Teachers of today will have to embrace and master the technology
that would establish connection and interaction at a different level toward a
rich learning environment.
P: I am Patrick Martinez.
C: And I am Chelsea Ninofranco.
Both: And we are your Moderators for this year’s On-Campus Training
Closing Program!
P: To formally start our program, let us invoke God’s presence with an

Opening Prayer, followed by the Philippine National Anthem through an
Audio-Visual Presentation.
C: At this juncture, let us now hear the opening remarks of Mr. Arnel
Turiano, Bachelor of Elementary Education adviser.
(OPENING REMARKS)
P: Thank you very much Sir Arnel for your warm words of welcome!
(INSERT SOME LINES MENTIONED)
P: A quote by Albert Einstein says, “Teaching should be such that what is

offered is perceived as a valuable gift and not as a hard duty.”
P: At this moment, let us now hear a heart-warming message from our

beloved dean of the College of Teacher Education, Dr. Arlene O. Monsalve.
(DEAN’S MESSAGE – jot down important words)
C: (repeat few striking lines of dean’s message for emphasis) Thank you
very much, dean. It has been a month of fun-filled and productive On-
Campus Training and we just can’t get enough of it. It sure does reflect
how we accepted and embraced the challenge with the help of our
cooperating teachers despite the New Normal Education set-up.
C: So, at this moment, it is just right to lend our ears to our fellow student-
teachers who will be giving their impressions about our On-Campus
Training this semester. Starting off with the two representatives from the
Bachelor of Secondary Education, Ms. Meagan Mae Cadiz and Ms. Zyville
May De Villa for the Junior High School department.
(IMPRESSIONS OF THE BSED REPRESENTATIVES)
P: There you have it ladies and gentlemen! We have just heard the
sentiments of two of our BSEd Student Teachers. Indeed, we could attest
that both of them had an amazing time on their stay in our On-Campus
Training, and I believe that all of us Student Teachers feel the same way.
Thank you, Ms. Meagan Mae Cadiz and Ms. Zyville May De Villa for sharing
your wonderful experience to all of us present in this conference.
P: Before we proceed to the remaining impressions from the BEEd student-

teachers, the intermission videos shall be presented on your screens
courtesy of Mr. Charles Shaine Marcial and Mr. Bienghel Oliver, BSEd
representatives and of course Ms. Erika Sarah Dumalag, a BECEd
representative. Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s give them a virtual round of
applause!
(INTERMISSION)
C: What an Amazing, Bombastic, and Creative performance from our

student-teachers! Let’s give them our virtual claps, everyone. Truly, a great
teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are any other
great artists. Teaching might even the greatest of the arts since the
medium is the human mind and spirit. ― John Steinbeck
C: Now let’s proceed with the two representatives as well from the
Bachelor of Elementary Education, Ms. Sarah Mae Royong for the Grade
School department and Ms. France Ponce for the Montessori department to
give their impressions on our On-Campus Training.

P: Thank you, Ms. Sarah Mae Royong and Ms. France Ponce. Indeed, it has
been a wonderful experience for all of us Student Teachers. Prior to
deployment, some of us have hesitations, maybe some of us were nervous,
others were excited. But either way, the On-Campus Training served as a
learning ground to each and every one of us Student Teachers. We have
been guided by Intellectual, Talented, and Inspiring Cooperating Teachers
who honed and challenged us to step up the game and reach for our best
and full potential.
C: To recognize their expertise in the academe, guidance, and support

during our training, let us come now to the Awarding of Certificates for our
Cooperating Teachers and Principals. Citation reads…
Our deepest gratitude to you, our cooperating teachers and principals!

P: At this juncture, let us stay focused and inspired as we listen to the

inspirational messages which will be given to us by our beloved principals,
starting off with Mrs. Janice Banzagales, principal of the Montessori Grade
School department, followed by Mrs. Francia Buffe, principal of the Junior
High School Department.
(MESSAGE OF THE PRINCIPALS)
C: Thank you so much, ma’am Janice and ma’am Francia.
C: To formally end our program, let us lend our ears to Mr. Rafael Onate,
coordinator and adviser of the On-Campus Training Program for BSEd
student teachers. Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s give Sir Rafael a virtual
round of applause.

P: Before we part ways, let me leave this quote by William Ayres (heirs) to
