Problems identified before Confiscore was developed
Difficulty in self-Evaluation
Self-evaluation is the ability to assess oneself in order to determine how far one has
progressed. It necessitates employees keeping track of their own talents and assessing their
strengths and deficiencies. Employees are in charge of their own growth to a significant
extent.
Peoples face difficulties on evaluating themselves on different-different parameters.
Fear of revealing their secrecy and privacy
This is from reviewer side. They have fear if someone came to know about their feedback
than it may hurt their relation with that individual. It’s a main reason in order to maintain
relationship and taking into concern the sentiment of other person we tend to give fake
feedback rather than providing honest feedback.
When their privacy and secrecy remain hidden and anonymous chances of having more
honest feedback will increase.
Performance measurement
Different individual wants to measures their performance on different-different parameters
for example if one person wants to know his performance in honesty it doesn't mean the
other person wants to know about his performance in similar parameter. Every individual
has their own set parameter on which they want to determine their performance. So, if to
any user that choices are available to them so that they can prepare they’re on standard to
measure themselves then it will be more beneficial to the individual.
This is a problem that we are not allowed to set on parameters to judge ourselves
Negative Rating
Sometimes we have extreme dislike about particular thing person or services but during that
time we don't want to give rating. In this situation either of person give one star rating to
the services or don't want to rate those particular services for a product. So, if you want
honest review from consumer or a user then it's necessary that we avail negative rating
options to the consumer.
Time Boundation
Many businesses want quick reviews so that they can take initiatives quickly. So due to that
time constant we tend to give wrong feedback and reviews. In order to review someone or
give feedback to someone we need a particular duration of time to think about that
individual so that honest feedback can be provided.
Solution for all these problems if Confiscore because:
In confiscore you can create your own campaign so that you can fix your own parameters on
which individual is going to judge you or give rating to you.
If individual wants to give negative rating to selected parameter, then that option is also
available in Confiscore.
You can decide time boundation. Like for how many days you want to run your own
campaign like its 3 days 4-5 days you are going to decided. During that time duration the
one who is rating you is allowed to give you rating as many as time as he wanted to.
This will provide you honest feedback of every individual. So, in this process you will get real
picture of you. You will also come to know how acceptable you as an individual to a society
Incentives for Reviewers

Many incentives were being provided by confiscore to reviewer when we review someone:
Rating a person without identity being revealed: Confiscore provides the option to review
someone without revealing your identity. your identity will be kept safe and only your
review will be revealed.
When a person reviews someone or gives his review in different campaigns and it benefits
the person who is conducting the campaign, the person who has given his review earns a
badge this badge can be identity of honest reviewers when a person keeps on giving honest
and beneficial reviews, he earns different batches which makes you stand out from another
reviewers.
Every reviewer is also a potential customer as when he provides his review, he can also
conduct his own campaign after a certain time if he wishes to, this will increase the number
of customers for confiscore.
Reviewer Protection and Registration

Confiscore provides many options for reviewer protection and registration the reviewer has
to register only once and after that a unique ID and login password has been generated for
the reviewer, after that he can give his review to whoever he wishes and his identity is not
being revealed to anyone only his feedback will be shared.
Confiscore also provides security and privacy none of the Customers data is provided to any
third-party data is kept safe and there is no inclusion of any third party only the confiscore
developers and their customers are engaged.
There is total transparency between confiscore policies and their customers nothing has
been kept secret or anything that has been not shared with their customers there is 100%
transparency from confiscore.
