Quests are requests made by the townspeople of Etria and given to the party by Valerie, the publican, at
the Golden Deer Pub. New quests are added by the completion of older quests, as well as by the
discovery of a new floor. The only exception is the final six quests, which are unlocked immediately after
the endgame credits.

An Etrian artisan desires seven strips of Soft Hide, for the purpose of making clothes.

Get 6 Soft Hides from Treerats and Moles.

A certain shop's request300en

A certain shop in Etria has requested a measure of Pyroxene from the forest, useful in constructing
walls.

Go to the mine points in B4F and mine for Pyroxene.

To taste it once more... Medica II

An old adventurer getting on in years wishes for holy water that can only be found within the forest.

Go to E4 in B1F and go to the spring to get the holy water.

A favor to Shilleka I Hand Axe

Shilleka has posted a request for the materials neccasairy to craft a Hand Axe

Sell 5 Hard Shells (obtainable from Clawbugs) and 5 Hardwoods (obtainable from chopping on B1F or
from Mandrakes).

A favor to Shilleka II Short Bow

Shilleka is now in need of materials from which she can craft a Short Bow fit for explorers.

Sell 2 Horns (obtainable from Fenders and Ragelopes) and 5 Gum Hides (obtainable from Rollers).

Shilleka's final request pertains to the materials necessary to craft a Bone Flail.

Sell 5 Tail Bones (obtainable from Firebirds) and one Bird Talon (obtainable from Glowbirds).

Defeat a certain amount of Woodflies or Venomflies.

Go to A7 of B8F and kill the Fire Eater.

forest.

Stay in B8F for 5 days (3600 steps). You have two options. You can either keep walking back and forth in
the spring room, or walk around B8F fighting enemies (recommended for the battle against Cernunos).

A terminally ill boy of Etria wishes to meet a brave and excellent Landsknecht before he dies.

Level a Landsknecht to level 20.

A terminally ill boy of Etria wishes to see the skill of a foreign-trained Ronin before he expires.

Level a Ronin to level 20.

To meet a holy knight... The boy's treasure (Bravant II)

A terminally ill boy of Etria wishes to meet a holy Protector before he breathes his last.

Level a Protector to level 30.

Get a Hexer and learn Torpor.

Get 3 Bug Nests obtainable from either chopping on B13F or killing Moriyanas.

A trainee at Ceft Apothecary needs human test subjects for her experimental petrifaction cure.

Simple, go get petrified by Pixies on B17F.

Shadow in the grove 500en

A band of adventurers seeks vengeance by proxy on the unknown beast that attacked them on B5F.

Defeat the Spider in the B4 area of B5F.

Fashionista I Medica III

Etria's most expressive designer, the lady Mrs. Meryl, must have butterfly eyes for use in her new
product.

Defeat Woodflies or Venomflies with magic to get Insect Eyes.

Fashionista II Medica IV

The lady Mrs. Meryl has created another bold product, this one requiring the use of a toxic barb.

Get a Toxic Barb from an Assassin or the gathering point at A4 on B10. It's an uncommon item.

Remembering the fallen800en

An adventurer needs the articles of his less fortunate comrades to hold a proper burial ceremony.

You need to get a rust sword (D1), broken axe (C3) and old wand (A6) from B11F.

Prayer to the stars Axcela II

Believing in their power to draw her desired lover's eye, a girl will pay handsomely for five star-shaped
seeds.

Get Starseeds obtainable from either chopping on B6F or killing Maneaters.

The ivory charm Sea Charm

Bored of her mountains of jewels, Etria's most stunning woman desires a necklace made from elephant
tusks.
Buy a Tusk Charm (sell a Great Tusk) from Shilleka.

Feat of strength I 1000en

Though the recommended number for venturing forth is 5, the guild will reward a solo defeat of B6F's
monster.

Go to B6F and defeat a Cutter. I would recommend using a Protector. They have good defense and if
they have Smite the fight will be easy. You should also bring healing items and a Warp Wire.

Feat of strength II 2500en

To those seeking to prove themselves: Go ye alone into the Labyrinth and defeat the monster on B13F
and B14F.

Go to either B13F or B14F and kill a Killclaw. They only spawn after one turn of battle near them. The
Killclaw has very high defense for your level so I would recommend bringing an Alchemist. Once again,
don't forget to bring healing items and a Warp Wire if you're seriously damaged.

Feat of strength III 4000en

To those seeking to prove themselves: Go ye alone into the Labyrinth and defeat the beast dwelling in
B16F.

Go to B16F and defeat a Sickwood. The Sickwood is located in the backrooms of B16F. Once again, bring
someone strong like a Protector or Alchemist. Don't forget healing items and a Warp Wire.

Chef's request II 1200en

To appease jaded gourmands, Jackson Restaurant has devised a new dish, requiring 2 Musks.

Get 2 Musks from the Goldeer on B16F and B17F.

Chef's odd request I 200en

Jackson Restaurant seek adventurers talented in the use of fire to satisfy its latest request. Alchemists
welcome.

Get an Alchemist who knows Fire.

Chef's odd request II 500en

The latest recipe devised by Jackson Restaurant's chef involves the use of Carminite gleaned from
Firebirds.

Kill a Firebird with a Fire attack.

Know Cocytus? Jackson Restaurant needs you! No inquirer trained in the spell's use will be refused.

You need an Alchemist with Cocytus. Cocytus' requirements are Ice Up at level 5.

One final ingredient is needed: a Cold Scale from the butterflies in the lowest reaches of the forest!

Kill either a Hazefly or Hellfly with an Ice attack.

A trainee at Ceft Apothecary needs the limb of a large bird in order to develop a new medicine.

Get a Bird Limb dropped from Moas on B6F, B9F or B10F.

The carpenters Guild is lacking three Hard Shards and five Steel Chips in its current project.

Get 3 Hard Shards and 5 Steel Chips (obtainable from mining on B18F at D3 and E6 or killing Soldiers and
Warriors).

An artisan of Etria needs one lump of Corundum ore to craft a ring worthy of proposing to his love.

Mine Corundum on B11F (A6 and C1).

Apothecary's request III Somaprime

A trainee at Ceft Apothecary needs a specimen of Cordyceps in order to perfect his new medicine.

Take Cordyceps on B18F (A4 and A7).

The foreign seeker 2500en

A traveler from far-off lands has reached Etria in search of an elusive 100 Shell.

Get an 100 Shell by killing Shelltors on B11F. It's an uncommon drop.

I refuse thee, Death 50en (Azure Coat)

A terminally ill woman's son begs for any adventurer to find a cure for his mother.

Get a Gum Thread (obtainable from Silkers), a Blue Blood (obtainable from Clawlords and Kingyanas), a
Red Blood (obtainable from Direwolves) and a Drywall (obtainable from mining on B21F), and give them
to Dr. Hoffman at the Ceft Apothecary.

A sister's parting gift 5000en

An adventurer's younger sister seeks to create an Angel Wing charm to bring her departing brother good
luck.

Get 10 Angel Wings obtainable from Kingapis' on B24F and B25F.

Love's uncertain promise 1500en

An adventurer's fiance pleads for someone to find her love, who has disappeared in the forest's depths.

Go to B16F where Tlachtga gave you the Hex Bell and head straight, left, then left again to get the
rainbow bandana.

Fond memories of you... 2000en

A lady knight wishes for someone to find the precious pearl she lost to a large horned monster in the
forest.

Go to B11F and head to D4 to enter the rightmost door (do not fall into the pit!). Leave the room and a
message will appear, then go back in. You'll see an FOE, but it's actually a Warbull. Afterwards, go down
the pit and you will see another FOE; this time it's a Hellbull. The hellbull may be tough for your level.
Defeat it and you will obtain the pearl. This pearl is bugged and stays in your inventory forever.

Chef's demand Tiger Boot

Jackson restaurant needs ingredients to impress a finicky patron with an unprecedented entree.

You need a Fish Fin (obtainable from Sworders),a Dry Peach (obtainable from chopping on B18F or killing
Sickwoods) and a Red Beak (obtainable from Redbeaks).

Horticulture 500en

A stipulation in a millionaire's will requests the cultivation of a flower he could never get to bloom.

From the Geomagnetic Field on B6F, leave the room and go right 3 spaces, down 1 space, then go all the
way right to plant the seed between 5am and 10am. Defeat all 4 waves of enemies.

Orphans of the forest Flute

Adventurers seek the cause behind the rising incidence of ferocious ant attacks on B12F.

Go to A2 of B12F and enter the door to the south, avoiding the patrolling Bloodants. If engaged in battle,
you must start over.

Pest control Nectar II

A fruit gatherer's livelihood is threatened by the vermin feeding on the fruit in B10F of the forest.

Go to B1 of B10F with an Amber Lump and defeat 4 waves of Toxinflies.

A monster pursued by a band of adventurers vanished. They wish to learn the nature of their prey.

Go to D1 of B6F between 10am and 4pm. Defeat the FOE (actually a Petaloid) that appears.

Monster at sunrise 15000en

An aged man enjoying a beautiful forest sunrise was startled by a strange beast. Find the monster.

Go to B1F between 5am and 10am. Defeat the FOE (actually a Clover) that appears at C2.

Work stoppage Flame Boot

A member of the carpenters Guild has had his construction project on B17F disrupted by three
monsters.

Defeat the 3 Sickwoods on B17F (B6, C2, and C4).

The Crystal Maiden Circlet

The Crystal Maiden of Etria wishes to surround herself with the jewels from which she takes her
sobriquet.

Get 3 Shiny Vines obtainable from chopping on B22F (C5), B23F (D6), and B24F (F6).

To convey a love burning like fire, strong as lightning, and exquisite as ice, three Tri-Colors are needed.

Mine 3 Tri-Colors from B26F at A7 and D7.

The so-called golden Baron of Etria needs Golden Fur to have a new suit tailored out of gold.

Get 10 Golden Furs from Varahas and Hellbulls on B23F and B24F.

My lifelong friend threw himself into harm's way for me... I want to wish him luck in the afterlife.

Get a Tiny Petal (obtainable from Woodflies and Venomflies) and a Luck Staff (sell 3 Pure Roots
obtainable from Hexroots), then head to D1 of B1F and place those items in the top right corner.

Song from the depths Angel Harp

Rumor has it the legendary songstress of Etria can be heard in the forest's depths. I ache to hear her
voice...
Go to A3 of B24F and place the Vox Stone next to the music box.

Scavenging for Ian I Ice Mist

The merchant Ian has requested samples of all the items that can be mined from B10F of the forest.

Mine for a Scrap Iron, a Fossil and a Thin Shell.

Ivory Princess' dream II Aulos

The Ivory Princess again suffers from nightmares, this time involving monsters attacking Etria.

Go to B1F and talk to the gaurd. Then defeat the FOEs that appear (2 Desoulers, 2 Sickwoods, then 3
Kingdiles).

Scavenging for Ian II 1100en

The merchant Ian now requires a sample of each tree that can be chopped in B13F of the forest.

Chop for a Bug Nest, a Strawberry and a Sea Branch.
