    REACTION IN NEW NORMS OF BEING A STUDENT

    Being a student is very challenging because we experience a lot of negativities in this year
    because of the pandemic. But despite of that, we are still trying to finish this year with positivity and this type of
    learning I find it very exciting, unique and at the same time it’s kinda difficult especially for me because we don't
    have internet here in our house but as a determined student, having no internet and because of this pandemic is
    not a reason to stop achieving my goal, to pursue my dream so that my family be proud of me and I can be able to
    help them in house expenses and let them experience a lot of activities while they are still here in this world. I find
    it very exciting because the subjects that we will encounter is I think I’ll really learn something new specially in
    asian language subject, I’m excited to learn new language because I think that’s cool to study when it comes to
    communicating other people specially in tourism industry we need to learn also the different culture and also I
    think that I’ll use that in applying for a new job or in the near future. I find this school year unique because we are
    now using online apps for classes, who would have thought that internet will be the one to help us to communicate
    with each other not just like for funny stuffs and entertaining stuffs but in an academical and great way! We
    should use internet wisely because for me as a student who does not have internet in our house, I found it lucky
    and I feel jealous for the students who have internet in their house but they are not using it right like use it for
    researching and kinda other stuffs that you want to learn or to know more about a certain topic.
    We all know that all of us are adjusting and we need to face this battle together for better future! We just
    need to stay positive and remove all the negativities because the world is now full of it. I hope that this academic
    year will be successful even though we are far from each other and I hope also that everyone will cooperate,
    understanding, and put a lot of patience because all of us is suffering not just students, teachers and a lot of
    people too! And we should be responsible enough to comply school activities, projects and assignments and I
    believe we will finish this race and we know it’s just hard in the beginning just like the other people says
    “Beginning is always the hardest. So we should not give up!”
